Abstract:
(EN) The analysis method for extracellular vesicles, according to the present invention, uses the size-specific separation ability of size exclusion chromatography and the properties of a probe that specifically binds with extracellular vesicles, and by using same is capable of the rapid and easy analysis of the quantity of extracellular vesicles included in a sample, analysis of the physicochemical properties of the extracellular vesicles, analysis of the kind and quantity of the components included in the extracellular vesicles, and analysis of the binding properties or affinity of the probe with respect to the components of the extracellular vesicles. In addition, using the analysis method of the present invention not only enables accurate analysis of extracellular vesicles in a sample, without a sample purification or pre-processing step, but also enables accurate and simple analysis of the components of extracellular vesicles, according to the kind of probe, and thus can improve the efficiency of diagnosis using extracellular vesicles. Also, analysis of the properties or affinity of the probe can be applied to, for example, extracellular vesicle-specific antibody screening, protein screening and chemical-substance screening.
(FR) Le procédé d'analyse pour vésicules extracellulaires, selon la présente invention, utilise la capacité de séparation en fonction de la taille de la chromatographie d'exclusion stérique et les propriétés d'une sonde qui se lie spécifiquement à des vésicules extracellulaires, et en utilisant celles-ci est capable d'analyser rapidement et facilement la quantité de vésicules extracellulaires présentes dans un échantillon, d'analyser les propriétés physico-chimiques des vésicules extracellulaires, d'analyser le type et la quantité des constituants présents dans les vésicules extracellulaires, et d'analyser les propriétés de liaison ou d'affinité de la sonde par rapport aux constituants des vésicules extracellulaires. De plus, l'utilisation du procédé d'analyse selon la présente invention permet non seulement une analyse précise des vésicules extracellulaires dans un échantillon, sans étape de purification ni de prétraitement d'échantillon, mais permet également une analyse précise et simple des constituants des vésicules extracellulaires, en fonction du type de sonde, et peut ainsi améliorer l'efficacité de diagnostic à l'aide de vésicules extracellulaires. En outre, l'analyse des propriétés ou de l'affinité de la sonde peut être appliquée, par exemple, au criblage d'anticorps spécifiques aux vésicules extracellulaires, au criblage de protéines et au criblage de substances chimiques.
(KO) 본 발명의 세포밖 소포체 분석 방법은 크기 배제 크로마토그래피의 크기별 분획능과 세포밖 소포체에 특이적으로 결합하는 탐침의 특성을 이용한 것으로서, 이를 이용하여 시료 중 포함된 세포밖 소포체의 정량 분석, 세포밖 소포체의 물리화학적 특성 분석, 세포밖 소포체에 포함된 구성성분의 종류 및 정량 분석, 세포밖 소포체 구성 성분에 대한 탐침의 결합 특이성 또는 친화도 분석을 빠르고 용이하게 할 수 있다. 또한 본 발명의 분석 방법을 이용하면 시료의 정제 또는 전처리 과정 없이 시료 중 세포밖 소포체를 정확하게 분석할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 탐침의 종류에 따라 세포밖 소포체의 구성성분을 간단하고 정확하게 분석할 수 있기 때문에 세포밖 소포체를 이용한 진단 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한 탐침의 특이성 및 친화도 분석을 이용하여 세포밖 소포체 특이적 항체 스크리닝, 단백질 스크리닝, 화학물질 스크리닝 등에 활용할 수 있다.
