Abstract:
(EN) A three-dimensional hydrogel scaffold of the present invention contains a cell to be transplanted in vivo and comprises a first hydrogel block on which a plurality of holes are formed and one or more second hydrogel blocks which are assembled to the holes and are biodegradable. A large hydrogel scaffold can be prepared by means of the assembly of the blocks. The survivability of the cell being transplanted is high and the biodegradability of the blocks varies, and thus the risk of hypoxia is reduced.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un échafaudage d'hydrogel tridimensionnel contenant une cellule à transplanter in vivo et comprenant un premier bloc d'hydrogel sur lequel une pluralité de trous sont formés et un ou plusieurs seconds blocs d'hydrogel qui sont assemblés aux trous et sont biodégradables. Un grand échafaudage d'hydrogel peut être préparé au moyen de l'assemblage des blocs. La capacité de survie de la cellule en cours de transplantation est élevée et la biodégradabilité des blocs varie, et ainsi le risque d'hypoxie est réduit.
(KO) 본 발명의 3차원 하이드로젤 지지체(scaffold)는 생체 내에 이식하고자 하는 세포를 함유하고, 복수개의 구멍이 형성되어 있는 제1 하이드로젤 블록과 상기 구멍에 조립되고, 생분해성을 갖는 하나 이상의 제2 하이드로젤 블록을 포함하며, 블록의 조립을 통하여 큰 크기의 하이드로젤 지지체를 제작할 수 있고, 이식되는 세포의 생존율이 우수하며, 블록들의 생분해성이 상이하므로 저산소증 발생 위험이 감소한다.
