Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a fine particle separating apparatus comprising: a first filter part having a first mesh part, mounted therein, for separating fine particles included in sludge according to size, and having a first section and a second section with the first mesh part therebetween; a first flow path mounted in the first section so as to allow the sludge to flow into the first filter part; a second flow path mounted in the second section so as to allow an effluent, having passed through the first filter part, to flow therein; a third flow path connected from the second flow path so as to discharge the effluent to the outside; a fourth flow path connected from one side of the second flow path, and mounted in the second section so as to allow at least a portion of the effluent flowing into the second flow path to flow to the first filter part; a fifth flow path mounted in the first section so as to allow the effluent, discharged by means of the fourth flow path, to pass through the first filter part and then flow therein; a storage tank through which the effluent flowing into the fifth flow path is discharged; and a first pump for generating a flow of the effluent, wherein the first mesh part is rotatably mounted in the first filter part.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de séparation de particules fines comprenant : une première partie de filtre ayant une première partie de maille, montée à l'intérieur de celle-ci, pour séparer de fines particules incluses dans des boues selon la taille, et ayant une première section et une seconde section avec la première partie de maille entre elles; un premier chemin d'écoulement monté dans la première section de façon à permettre à la boue de s'écouler dans la première partie de filtre; un second chemin d'écoulement monté dans la seconde section de façon à permettre à un effluent, ayant traversé la première partie de filtre, pour s'écouler à l'intérieur de celle-ci; un troisième chemin d'écoulement relié à partir du second chemin d'écoulement de façon à évacuer l'effluent vers l'extérieur; un quatrième chemin d'écoulement relié d'un côté du second chemin d'écoulement, et monté dans la seconde section de façon à permettre à au moins une partie de l'effluent circulant dans le second chemin d'écoulement de s'écouler vers la première partie de filtre; un cinquième chemin d'écoulement monté dans la première section de façon à permettre à l'effluent, évacué au moyen du quatrième chemin d'écoulement, pour passer à travers la première partie de filtre et ensuite s'écouler à l'intérieur de celui-ci; un réservoir de stockage à travers lequel l'effluent s'écoulant dans le cinquième chemin d'écoulement est évacué; et une première pompe destinée à générer un écoulement de l'effluent, la première partie de maille étant montée rotative dans la première partie de filtre.
(KO) 본 발명은 슬러지에 포함된 미세 입자를 크기에 따라 분리하는 제1 메쉬부가 실장되고, 상기 제1 메쉬부를 사이로 제1 영역 및 제2 영역을 갖는 제1 필터부; 상기 제1 영역에 장착되어 상기 제1 필터부로 슬러지를 유입시키는 제1 유로; 상기 제2 영역에 장착되어 상기 제1 필터부를 통과한 유출수가 유입되는 제2 유로; 상기 제2 유로에서 연결되어, 유출수를 외부로 배출하는 제3 유로; 상기 제2 유로의 일 측에서 연결되고, 상기 제2 영역에 장착되어 상기 제2 유로로 유입된 유출수의 적어도 일부가 상기 제1 필터부로 유입되도록 하는 제4 유로; 상기 제1 영역에 장착되어 상기 제4 유로에 의해 배출되는 유출수가 상기 제1 필터부를 통과한 후 유입되는 제5 유로; 상기 제5 유로에 유입된 유출수가 배출되는 저장조; 및 상기 유출수의 흐름을 발생시키는 제1 펌프를 포함하고, 상기 제1 메쉬부는 상기 제1 필터부에 회전 가능하게 장착된, 미세 입자 분리 장치를 제공한다.
