Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a wild-type CYP102A1 mutant for producing 3-hydroxy phloretin among metabolites of phloretin, and can mass-produce 3-hydroxy phloretin by oxidizing phloretin by using, as catalysts, a point mutant of wild-type CYP102A1 which is a bacterial cytochrome P450 enzyme, CYP102A1 chimera obtained by fusing a heme domain of the point mutant of the wild-type CYP102A1 with a reductase of a natural variant of the wild-type CYP102A1, and a point mutant of the CYP102A1 chimera.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un mutant CYP102A1 de type sauvage utilisé pour produire de La 3-hydroxy phlorétine parmi des métabolites de la phlorétine, et peut produire en masse de la 3-hydroxy phlorétine par oxydation de phlorétine au moyen, en tant que catalyseurs, d'un mutant ponctuel de CYP102A1 de type sauvage qui est une enzyme bactérienne du cytochrome P450, une chimère de CYP102A1 obtenue par fusion d'un domaine hème du mutant ponctuel du CYP102A1 de type sauvage avec une réductase d'un variant naturel du CYP102A1 de type sauvage, et un mutant ponctuel de la chimère CYP102A1.
(KO) 본 발명은 플로레틴의 대사산물 중 3-하이드록시 플로레틴 제조를 위한 야생형 CYP102A1 돌연변이체에 관한 것으로, 박테리아 시토크롬 P450 효소인 야생형 CYP102A1의 점 돌연변이체, 야생형 CYP102A1의 점 돌연변이체의 헴 영역과 야생형 CYP102A1의 자연적 변이체의 환원효소를 융합한 키메라 CYP102A1 및 키메라 CYP102A1의 점 돌연변이체를 촉매로 이용하여 플로레틴을 산화시켜 3-하이드록시 플로레틴을 대량 생산할 수 있다.
