Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a battery pack current cut-off member bending apparatus enabling the production automation of a bending process of a current cut-off member, thereby enabling product uniformity to be secured and production costs to be reduced. In order to achieve such purpose, the battery pack current cut-off member bending apparatus, according to the present invention, comprises: a bending jig having a support provided thereto so that a current cut-off member electrically connected with an electrode lead of a battery cell may be seated on the upper side thereof; a rotation drive part having one portion thereof connected with the bending jig so that the bending jig may undergo a rotating motion around a rotational shaft; and a bending guide part for pressing and fixing the electrode lead of the battery cell so as to enable the configuration of a bending line for partitioning the electrode lead into a portion that is bent and a portion that is not bent.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un appareil de cintrage d'élément de coupure de courant de bloc-batterie permettant l'automatisation de production d'un processus de cintrage d'un élément de coupure de courant, ce qui permet de garantir l'uniformité du produit et de réduire les coûts de production. À cette fin, l'appareil de cintrage d'élément de coupure de courant de bloc-batterie, selon la présente invention, comprend : un gabarit de cintrage ayant un support disposé sur celui-ci de telle sorte qu'un élément de coupure de courant connecté électriquement à un fil d'électrode d'une cellule de batterie puisse reposer sur le côté supérieur de celui-ci ; une partie d'entraînement en rotation dont une partie est reliée au gabarit de cintrage de telle sorte que le gabarit de cintrage puisse subir un mouvement de rotation autour d'un arbre rotatif ; et une partie de guidage de cintrage pour presser et fixer le fil d'électrode de la cellule de batterie de manière à permettre la configuration d'une ligne de cintrage pour diviser le fil d'électrode en une partie qui est cintrée et une partie qui n'est pas cintrée.
(KO) 본 발명은 전류차단 부재의 벤딩 공정의 생산 자동화를 이루어 제품 균일성을 확보하고 제조 비용을 절감한 전지팩용 전류차단 부재 벤딩 장치를 개시한다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 전지팩용 전류차단 부재 벤딩 장치는, 전지셀의 전극 리드와 전기적으로 연결된 전류차단 부재가 상부에 안착되도록 받침대가 형성된 절곡 지그; 상기 절곡 지그가 회전축을 중심으로 회전 운동하도록 일부위가 상기 절곡 지그와 연결된 회전 구동부; 및 상기 전지셀의 전극 리드의 절곡되는 부분과 절곡되지 않는 부분을 구획하는 절곡선이 설정되도록 전극 리드를 가압 고정하는 절곡 가이드 부;를 포함한다.
