Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a concentrated catalyst combustion system having an active concentration ratio control means. The concentrated catalyst combustion system having an active concentration ratio control means comprises: a suction blower for suctioning emission gas containing a volatile organic compound (VOC); a VOC concentrator into which the emission gas, having passed through the suction blower, flows and which adsorbs and desorbs the VOC; a flowrate regulating blower for suctioning a part of the emission gas flowing into the VOC concentrator in the direction in which the VOC is desorbed; a concentration measuring instrument disposed between the VOC concentrator and the flowrate regulating blower so as to measure the concentration after the VOC is desorbed; a catalyst combustor for combusting the concentrated VOC supplied from the flowrate regulating blower; and a control unit for regulating a rate of flow suctioned by the flowrate regulating blower from the VOC concentrator, such that the concentration of the VOC, measured by the concentration measuring instrument, maintains a predetermined range.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système de combustion de catalyseur concentré ayant un moyen de commande de rapport de concentration actif. Le système de combustion de catalyseur concentré ayant un moyen de commande de rapport de concentration actif comprend: une soufflante d'aspiration pour aspirer un gaz d'émission contenant un composé organique volatil (COV); un concentrateur de COV dans lequel le gaz d'émission, ayant traversé la soufflante d'aspiration, s'écoule et qui adsorbe et désorbe le COV; une soufflante de régulation de débit pour aspirer une partie du gaz d'émission s'écoulant dans le concentrateur de COV dans la direction dans laquelle le COV est désorbé; un instrument de mesure de concentration disposé entre le concentrateur de COV et la soufflante de régulation de débit de façon à mesurer la concentration après que le COV a été désorbé; une chambre de combustion de catalyseur pour brûler le COV concentré fourni par la soufflante de régulation de débit; et une unité de commande pour réguler un débit d'écoulement aspiré par la soufflante de régulation de débit à partir du concentrateur de COV, de telle sorte que la concentration du COV, mesurée par l'instrument de mesure de concentration, se maintient dans une plage prédéterminée.
(KO) 본 발명은 능동적인 농축률 제어수단을 구비한 농축 촉매 연소 시스템에 관한 것이다. 이러한 능동적인 농축률 제어수단을 구비한 농축 촉매 연소 시스템은, 휘발성 유기화합물(VOC)이 포함된 배출가스를 흡입하는 흡입송풍기; 상기 흡입송풍기를 경유한 상기 배출가스가 유입되며, 상기 휘발성 유기화합물의 흡착 및 탈착이 수행되는 VOC 농축기; 상기 VOC 농축기에 유입되는 배출가스 중 일부를 상기 휘발성 유기화합물이 탈착되는 방향으로 흡입하는 유량조절송풍기; 상기 VOC 농축기와 상기 유량조절송풍기 사이에 배치되어, 상기 휘발성 유기화합물의 탈착 후 농도를 계측하는 농도측정기; 상기 유량조절송풍기로부터 공급되는 농축된 휘발성 유기화합물을 연소시키는 촉매연소기; 및 상기 농도측정기에 의해 측정되는 상기 휘발성 유기화합물의 농도가 소정의 범위를 유지하도록, 상기 유량조절송풍기가 상기 VOC 농축기로부터 흡입하는 유량을 조절하는 제어부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
