Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a lamination device for manufacturing a secondary battery, and provides a lamination device for manufacturing a secondary battery, comprising: an introducing unit for introducing an electrode assembly having a web structure in which a cathode and an anode are correspondingly joined, with a separation film therebetween; a heating unit for inducing thermal bonding between the cathode/separation film/anode by heating the electrode assembly; a discharge unit for discharging the thermally bonded electrode assembly, wherein the electrode assembly is transferred via the introducing unit, the heating unit and the discharge unit; and a pressing unit arranged between the heating unit and the discharge unit, and having a press roll for joining the electrode assembly by upward/downward pressing, and thus the separation film is uniformly distributed between the cathode and the anode without deviation so as to minimize defects in which the cathode and the anode come in contact with each other, and thus an effect of preventing, in advance, fire/explosion accidents caused by shorting is expected.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de stratification destiné à la fabrication d'une batterie secondaire, et concerne un dispositif de stratification destiné à la fabrication d'une batterie secondaire, comprenant : une unité d'introduction servant à introduire un ensemble électrode ayant une structure de toile dans laquelle une cathode et une anode sont jointes de manière correspondante, ayant un film de séparation entre ces dernières ; une unité de chauffage servant à induire une liaison thermique entre la cathode/le film de séparation/l'anode par chauffage de l'ensemble électrode ; une unité de décharge servant à décharger l'ensemble électrode lié thermiquement, l'ensemble électrode étant transféré par l'intermédiaire de l'unité d'introduction, l'unité de chauffage et l'unité de décharge ; et une unité de pression disposée entre l'unité de chauffage et l'unité de décharge, et ayant un rouleau de pression servant à relier l'ensemble électrode par pression vers le haut/vers le bas, et ainsi le film de séparation est réparti uniformément entre la cathode et l'anode sans déviation de manière à réduire les défauts selon lesquels la cathode et l'anode viennent en contact l'une avec l'autre, d'où un effet de prévention, à l'avance, d'accidents d'incendie/explosion provoqués par un court-circuit est attendu.
(KO) 본 발명은 이차전지 제조용 라미네이션 장치에 관한 것으로, 분리막을 사이에 두고 양전극과 음전극이 대응 접합되는 웹 구조의 전극조립체가 유입되는 유입부와; 상기 전극조립체를 가열하여 양전극/분리막/음전극 상호간의 열 접합을 유도하는 가열부와; 상기 열 접합된 전극조립체가 배출되는 배출부와; 및 상기 유입부, 가열부 및 배출부를 경유하여 전극조립체가 이송되는 구조로 이루어진 이차전지 제조용 라미네이션 장치에 있어서, 상기 가열부와 배출부의 사이에는 상기 전극조립체를 상/하 가압으로 접합하는 프레스롤을 갖는 가압부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 제조용 라미네이션 장치를 제공함으로써, 양전극과 음전극의 사이에 분리막을 편차 없이 균일하게 분포시켜 두 극이 접촉되는 불량을 최소화하여 숏트에 의한 화재/폭발 사고를 미리 예방하는 효과를 기대한다.
