Abstract:
(EN) An aramid fabric having excellent adhesion to a polyurethane matrix resin and excellent tensile strength is manufactured by (i) weaving a basket-structured aramid fabric by using aramid yarns as warps and wefts, and then (ii) immersing the woven aramid fabric in a thickening liquid composed of an aqueous polyurethane resin, as a thickening agent, and water, followed by compressing and drying. In the present invention, the thickening agent is provided to the woven aramid fabric, thereby effectively preventing the deterioration in weaving efficiency due to the separation of the thickening agent during weaving, compared with a method in which a thickening agent is provided to an aramid yarn before weaving. Furthermore, in the present invention, an aqueous polyurethane resin is attached to or impregnated into a surface and the inside of the aramid fabric, and thus the adhesion of the aramid fabric to a polyurethane matrix resin is improved and the cohesion of aramid yarns in the aramid fabric is increased, so that the tensile strength of the aramid fabric is enhanced. Furthermore, in the present invention, the aramid fabric is woven in a basket structure, and thus the densification of the aramid fabric is lowered and the wetting property of the aramid fabric with the polyurethane matrix resin is improved, and as a result, the adhesive strength between the aramid fabric and the polyurethane matrix resin is enhanced. Therefore, the aramid fabric/thermoplastic polyurethane resin composite of the present invention is useful as an automobile part material such as an automobile bumper, or an electronic part material, which requires impact resistance.
(FR) L'invention concerne un tissu d'aramide ayant une excellente adhérence à une résine de matrice de polyuréthane et une excellente résistance à la traction, fabriqué par (i) tissage d'un tissu d'aramide à structure de panier à l'aide de fils d'aramide en tant que chaînes et trames, puis (ii) immersion du tissu d'aramide tissé dans un liquide épaississant composé d'une résine aqueuse de polyuréthane, en tant qu'agent épaississant, et d'eau, suivie d'une compression et d'un séchage. Dans la présente invention, l'agent épaississant est appliqué au tissu d'aramide tissé, ce qui permet d'empêcher efficacement la détérioration de l'efficacité du tissage due à la séparation de l'agent épaississant pendant le tissage, par comparaison avec un procédé dans lequel un agent épaississant est appliqué à un fil d'aramide avant le tissage. En outre, dans la présente invention, une résine aqueuse de polyuréthane est fixée à une surface et à l'intérieur du tissu d'aramide ou imprégnée dans une surface et l'intérieur du tissu d'aramide et ainsi l'adhérence du tissu d'aramide à une résine de matrice de polyuréthane est améliorée et la cohésion de fils d'aramide dans le tissu d'aramide est accrue, de sorte que la résistance à la traction du tissu d'aramide est améliorée. En outre, dans la présente invention, le tissu d'aramide est tissé en une structure de panier et ainsi la densification du tissu d'aramide est abaissée et la propriété de mouillage du tissu d'aramide avec la résine de matrice de polyuréthane est améliorée et par conséquent, la force d'adhérence entre le tissu d'aramide et la résine de matrice de polyuréthane est améliorée. Par conséquent, le composite de tissu d'aramide/résine de polyuréthane thermoplastique selon la présente invention est utile en tant que matériau de pièce d'automobile tel qu'un pare-chocs d'automobile ou matériau de pièce électronique, qui doit avoir de la résistance au choc.
(KO) (i) 아라미드 원사를 경사 및 위사로 사용하여 바스켓 조직의 아라미드 직물을 제직한 다음, (ii) 제직된 아라미드 직물을 호제인 수계 폴리우레탄 수지와 물로 이루어진 호제액에 침지한 후 압착 및 건조하여 폴리우레탄 매트릭스 수지와의 접착성 및 인장강도가 우수한 아라미드 직물을 제조한다. 본 발명은 제직된 아라미드 직물에 호제를 부여해 주기 때문에 제직전 아라미드 원사에 호제를 부여해 주는 방법과 비교시 제직 중 호제탈락으로 인한 제직효율 저하를 효과적으로 방지할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 아라미드 직물의 표면 및 내부에 수계 폴리우레탄 수지를 부착 및 함침시켜 주기 때문에 폴리우레탄 매트릭스 수지와의 접착성이 향상되고, 아라미드 직물내 아라미드 원사들의 집속성이 높아져 아라미드 직물의 인장강도가 향상된다. 또한, 본 발명은 바스켓 조직으로 아라미드 직물을 제직하기 때문에 아라미드 직물의 치밀성이 낮아져 폴리우레탄 매트릭스 수지와의 젖음성(Wetting property)이 좋아져 결과적으로는 아라미드 직물과 폴리우레탄 매트릭스 수지 간의 접착력이 향상된다. 그로 인해, 본원발명의 아라미드 직물/열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지 복합재는 자동차 범퍼 등과 같이 내충격성이 요구되는 자동차 부품 소재 또는 전자부품소재 등으로 유용하다.
