Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a raw water distribution device for a pressure vessel required for a seawater reverse osmosis technical process, the device having: a main body part disposed between pressure vessels on both sides thereof, supplying, to both pressure vessels, raw water injected into the center portion thereof, and having a plurality of membrane modules airtightly accommodated therein; a raw water injection part provided at the center portion of the main body part such that the raw water is injected therein; caps, which close both ends of the main body part in the direction orthogonal to the raw water injection part, and are detachably provided at the main body part; and a raw water supply pipe, which is provided to pass through the caps and supplies, to the pressure vessels, the raw water injected from the raw water injection part, and applying an O-ring obliquely disposed and capable of moving unidirectionally inside the main body part, thereby enabling a central injection-type design method to be used while applying the unidirectional O-ring, enabling the raw water distribution device to be easily fastened and disassembled, facilitating removal, replacement, maintenance and management of the membrane modules, and enabling pressure to be safely endured even under high pressure.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de distribution d'eau brute pour un récipient sous pression requis pour un processus technique d'osmose inverse d'eau de mer, le dispositif ayant : une partie de corps principal disposée entre des récipients sous pression sur les deux côtés de celui-ci, fournir, aux deux récipients sous pression, de l'eau brute injectée dans la partie centrale de celui-ci, et ayant une pluralité de modules de membrane logés de manière étanche à l'air à l'intérieur de celui-ci; une partie d'injection d'eau brute disposée au niveau de la partie centrale de la partie de corps principal de telle sorte que l'eau brute est injectée à l'intérieur de celle-ci; des capuchons, qui ferment les deux extrémités de la partie de corps principal dans la direction orthogonale à la partie d'injection d'eau brute, et sont disposées de façon détachable au niveau de la partie de corps principal; et un tuyau d'alimentation en eau brute, qui est prévu pour passer à travers les capuchons et fournit, aux récipients sous pression, l'eau brute injectée à partir de la partie d'injection d'eau brute, et appliquer un joint torique disposé de manière oblique et capable de se déplacer de façon unidirectionnelle à l'intérieur de la partie de corps principal, ce qui permet d'utiliser un procédé de conception de type à injection centrale tout en appliquant le joint torique unidirectionnel, permettant au dispositif de distribution d'eau brute d'être facilement fixé et démonté, ce qui facilite le retrait, le remplacement, l'entretien et la gestion des modules de membrane, et permet à la pression d'être appliquée sans risque même sous une pression élevée.
(KO) 본 발명은 해수 역삼투 기술공정에 필요한 압력용기용 원수분배장치에 관한 것으로서, 양측의 압력용기 사이에 배치되며 중앙부분에 주입되는 원수를 양측의 압력용기에 공급하며 내측에 복수의 막 모듈이 기밀하게 수용되는 본체부와, 상기 본체부의 중앙부분에 설치되어 원수가 주입되는 원수주입부와, 상기 원수주입부에 직교하는 방향에서 상기 본체부의 양측 끝단을 폐쇄하며 상기 본체부에 착탈 가능하게 설치되는 캡과, 상기 캡을 관통하여 설치되며 상기 원수주입부로부터 주입되는 원수를 상기 압력용기에 공급하는 원수공급파이프를 구비하며, 경사져 배치되되 본체부 내부에서 일 방향으로의 움직임이 가능한 오링을 적용함으로써, 단일방향의 오링을 적용하면서도 중앙 주입식 설계방식을 이용할 수 있고, 원수분배장치를 용이하게 체결 및 해체할 수 있고, 막 모듈의 제거, 교체 및 유지관리가 간편하고, 고압에서도 안전하게 압력을 견딜 수 있다.
