Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an emergency evacuation safety facility structure to be installed on a ship and is advantageous in that, when an emergency situation occurs (for example, when a ship collides with a reef, a culvert, or a maritime structure during navigation or mooring, when the ship is stranded, when a fire occurs, or when gas explosion occurs), the cabin crew, passengers, and the like can be safely evacuated to buoyant bodies provided inside frames provided on both side surfaces of the ship, the buoyant bodies can not only decrease the sinking rate of the ship, but can also safely protect side surfaces of the ship from a collision with another ship, and it is unnecessary to construct the ship in a double hull structure, in order to prevent the ship from sinking, which has the problems of a high risk of technical defects, a high level of operation difficulty, and increased construction costs.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une structure d'installation de sécurité d'évacuation d'urgence à installer sur un navire et est avantageuse en ce que, lorsqu'une situation d'urgence se produit (par exemple, lorsqu'un navire entre en collision avec un récif, un ponceau, ou une structure maritime pendant la navigation ou l'amarrage, lorsque le navire est coincé, lorsqu'un incendie se produit ou lorsqu'une explosion de gaz se produit), le personnel navigant, les passagers et analogues peuvent être évacués en toute sécurité vers des corps flottants disposés à l'intérieur de cadres disposés sur les deux surfaces latérales du navire, les corps flottants peuvent non seulement diminuer la vitesse de naufrage du navire, mais peuvent également protéger en toute sécurité les surfaces latérales du navire contre une collision avec un autre navire, et il n'est pas nécessaire de construire le navire dans une structure à double coque, afin d'empêcher le navire de couler, la structure à double coque présentant les problèmes d'un risque élevé de défauts techniques, d'un niveau élevé de difficulté de fonctionnement et des coûts de construction élevés.
(KO) 본 발명은 선박설치용 비상대피안전시설구조물에 관한 것으로서, 선박이 운항 중 또는 정박 중에 암초, 암거 또는 해상 구조물 등에 충돌하거나 좌초 및 화재발생, 가스폭발 등의 비상상황이 발생한 경우 승무원, 탑승객 등이 선박의 양측면에 구비되는 프레임의 내측에 구비된 부력체로 안전하게 대피할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 상기 부력체를 통해 선박의 침몰속도를 지연시킬 수 있음은 물론 선박의 측면을 다른 선박과의 충돌로부터 안전하게 보호할 수 있고, 나아가 선박의 침몰방지를 위해 선박을 기술적결함 발생우려가 높으면서 작업이 어렵고 건조 비용이 증가하는 문제점이 있는 이중 선주 구조로 건조할 필요가 없는 효과가 있다.
