Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for preparing an acrylonitrile-based copolymer for a carbon fiber, comprising the steps of: preparing a reaction solution comprising a (meth)acrylonitrile-based monomer and a first reaction solvent; initiating polymerization by primarily injecting an initiator into the reaction solution; and secondarily injecting an initiator and carrying out polymerization when the polymerization conversion rate reaches 70-80%.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un copolymère à base d'acrylonitrile pour une fibre de carbone, comprenant les étapes consistant à : préparer une solution réactionnelle comprenant un monomère à base de méth(acrylonitrile) et un premier solvant réactionnel; déclencher la polymérisation en injectant d'abord un initiateur dans la solution réactionnelle; et injecter ensuite un initiateur et mettre en œuvre une polymérisation lorsque le taux de conversion par polymérisation atteint 70 à 80 %.
(KO) 본 발명은 (메트)아크릴로니트릴계 단량체 및 제1 반응용매를 포함하는 반응용액을 준비하는 단계; 상기 반응용액에 개시제를 1차 투입하여 중합을 개시하는 단계; 중합 전환율이 70 내지 80 %인 시점에 도달하였을 때, 개시제를 2차 투입하고 중합을 수행하는 단계를 포함하는 탄소섬유용 아크릴로니트릴계 공중합체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
