Abstract:
(EN) The invention provides a method for automatically generating welding part information and a recording medium having programs recorded therein for implementing the method, the method enabling welding inspection information to be used at a welding inspection site such as a shipyard or the like to be extracted and automatically generated from design modeling data of a hull or the like. The invention comprises: a first step of preparing 3D modeling data in which a plurality of members are arranged with a weld gap therebetween; a second step of forming an extension part extending outwardly from a face of each member by a set value larger than a maximum weld gap in the modeling data; a third step of extracting an overlapping part in which the extension formed by the second step overlaps with a neighboring member; and a fourth step of generating welding part information about a welded part of a corresponding member by using the overlapping part as the welding part.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de générer automatiquement des informations de partie de soudage et un support d'enregistrement ayant des programmes enregistrés dans ce dernier pour mettre en œuvre le procédé, le procédé permettant à des informations d'inspection de soudage devant être utilisées au niveau d'un site d'inspection de soudage, tel qu'un chantier naval ou analogue, d’être extraites et générées automatiquement à partir de données de modélisation de conception d'une coque ou analogue. L'invention comprend : une première étape de préparation de données de modélisation 3D dans laquelle une pluralité d'éléments sont agencés avec un espace de soudage entre eux ; une deuxième étape consistant à former une partie d'extension s'étendant vers l'extérieur à partir d'une face de chaque élément d'une valeur définie plus grande qu'un espace de soudage maximum des données de modélisation ; une troisième étape consistant à extraire une partie de chevauchement dans laquelle l'extension formée dans la deuxième étape chevauche un élément voisin ; et une quatrième étape consistant à générer des informations de partie de soudage concernant une partie soudée d'un élément correspondant en utilisant la partie de chevauchement comme partie de soudage.
(KO) 본 발명은 조선소 등 용접검사 현장에서 사용될 용접검사 정보를, 선체 등의 설계 모델링 데이터에서 추출하여 자동으로 생성할 수 있도록 하는 용접부 정보 자동생성방법 및 그것의 구현을 위한 프로그램이 기록된 기록매체를 제공한다. 본 발명은, 다수의 부재가 서로 용접갭을 가지고 배치되어 있는 3D 모델링데이터가 준비되는 1단계; 상기 모델링데이터에서의 최대 용접갭보다 큰 설정값만큼 각 부재의 면을 외측으로 연장시킨 연장부를 형성하는 2단계; 상기 2단계에 의해 형성된 연장부가 이웃하는 부재와 겹치는 겹침부를 추출하는 3단계; 상기 겹침부를 용접부로 하여 해당 부재의 용접부에 관한 용접부정보를 생성하는 4단계를 포함한다.
