Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for preparing a (meth)acrylonitrile-based polymer for the manufacture of a carbon fiber, comprising a step of injecting, into a reactor, a reaction solution comprising a (meth)acrylonitrile-based monomer and a reaction solvent, and carrying out solution polymerization, wherein the solution polymerization is carried out under a condition in which the consumption power of the reactor is 1-5 kW/m3 when the viscosity of the reaction solution within the reactor is 0.1-250 poise, and the solution polymerization is carried out under a condition in which the consumption power of the reactor is 8-13 kW/m3 when the viscosity of the reaction solution within the reactor is greater than 250 poise and less than or equal to 450 poise.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un polymère à base de (méth)acrylonitrile pour la fabrication d'une fibre de carbone, comprenant une étape d'injection, dans un réacteur, d'une solution réactionnelle comprenant un monomère à base de (méth)acrylonitrile et un solvant de réaction et effectuant une polymérisation en solution, la polymérisation en solution étant effectuée dans un état dans lequel la puissance de consommation du réacteur est de 1-5 kW/m3 lorsque la viscosité de la solution réactionnelle dans le réacteur est de 0,1-250 poises et la polymérisation en solution étant effectuée dans un état dans lequel la puissance de consommation du réacteur est de 8-13 kW/m3 lorsque la viscosité de la solution réactionnelle dans le réacteur est supérieure à 250 poises et inférieure ou égale à 450 poises.
(KO) 본 발명은 (메트)아크릴로니트릴계 단량체 및 반응용매를 포함하는 반응용액을 반응기에 투입하여 용액 중합하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 반응기 내 반응용액의 점도가 0.1 poise 이상 250 poise 이하인 경우, 상기 반응기의 소모동력이 1 내지 5 ㎾/㎥인 조건에서 용액 중합을 수행하고, 상기 반응기 내 반응용액의 점도가 250 poise 초과 내지 450 poise 이하인 경우, 상기 반응기의 소모 동력이 8 내지 13 ㎾/㎥인 조건에서 용액 중합을 수행하는 것인 탄소섬유 제조용 (메트)아크릴로니트릴계 중합체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
