Abstract:
(EN) The embodiments of the present invention relate to an optical film attachment system that is connected to a panel feed part and a downstream apparatus including a panel transfer path, comprising: a connection part for connecting the panel transfer path and the downstream apparatus so as to transfer a panel; a first inspection unit, located on the panel transfer path, for inspecting whether or not the panel having an optical film attached thereto is defective; a second inspection unit, located at a location spaced apart from the panel transfer path, for re-examining a panel that has been determined as defective through the inspection of the first inspection unit; and a controller for controlling the transfer of the panel by controlling the connection part. The connection part includes: a main transfer path in which a first transfer portion and a second transfer portion are sequentially arranged along the transfer direction of the panel transfer path; a first auxiliary transfer path that bypasses the main transfer path by connecting the first transfer portion and the second inspection unit; and a second auxiliary transfer path which is connected to the second transfer portion and bypasses the main transfer path. When a panel inspected through the first inspection unit is determined to be defective, the controller controls the connection part so as to transfer the defective panel from the first transfer portion to the second inspection unit along the first auxiliary transfer path, and when it is difficult to transfer a panel that is determined to be flawless by means of the first inspection unit to the downstream apparatus, the controller controls the connection part so as to transfer the flawless panel from the second transfer portion along the second auxiliary transfer path.
(FR) Les modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent un système de fixation de film optique qui est relié à une partie d'alimentation de panneau et à un appareil en aval comprenant un trajet de transfert de panneau, comprenant : une partie de liaison pour relier le trajet de transfert de panneau et l'appareil en aval de façon à transférer un panneau; une première unité d'inspection, située sur le trajet de transfert de panneau, pour inspecter si le panneau sur lequel est fixé un film optique est défectueux ou non; une deuxième unité d'inspection, située en un emplacement écarté du trajet de transfert de panneau, pour réexaminer un panneau qui a été déterminé comme étant défectueux par l'inspection de la première unité d'inspection; et un dispositif de commande pour commander le transfert du panneau par commande de la partie de liaison. La partie de liaison comprend : un trajet de transfert principal, dans lequel une première partie de transfert et une deuxième partie de transfert sont agencées de manière séquentielle le long de la direction de transfert du trajet de transfert de panneau; un premier trajet de transfert auxiliaire qui contourne le trajet de transfert principal par la liaison de la première partie de transfert et de la deuxième unité d'inspection; et un deuxième trajet de transfert auxiliaire qui est relié à la deuxième partie de transfert et qui contourne le trajet de transfert principal. Lorsqu'un panneau inspecté par la première unité d'inspection est déterminé comme étant défectueux, le dispositif de commande commande la partie de liaison de façon à transférer le panneau défectueux de la première partie de transfert à la deuxième unité d'inspection le long du premier trajet de transfert auxiliaire et, lorsque le transfert d'un panneau, qui est déterminé comme étant exempt de défauts au moyen de la première unité d'inspection, à l'appareil en aval est difficile, le dispositif de commande commande la partie de liaison de façon à transférer le panneau exempt de défauts de la deuxième partie de transfert le long du deuxième trajet de transfert auxiliaire.
(KO) 본 발명의 실시예들은 패널 공급부와, 패널 이송경로를 포함하여 하류장치와 연결되는 광학필름 부착시스템으로서, 패널 이송경로와 하류장치를 연결하여 패널을 이송하는 연결부; 패널 이송경로 상에 위치하며 광학필름이 부착된 패널의 불량 여부를 검사하는 제1검사부; 패널 이송경로로부터 이격된 위치에 위치하며 제1검사부의 검사를 통해 불량 판정된 불량판정패널을 재검하는 제2검사부; 및 연결부를 제어하여 패널의 이송을 조절하는 제어부;를 포함하며, 연결부는, 패널 이송경로의 이송방향을 따라 제1이송부 및 제2이송부가 순차적으로 배열되는 메인 이송경로와, 제1이송부와 제2검사부를 연결하여 메인 이송경로로부터 바이패스되는 제1보조 이송경로와, 제2이송부와 연결되어 메인 이송경로로부터 바이패스되는 제2보조 이송경로를 포함하며, 제어부는, 제1검사부를 통해 검사된 패널이 불량으로 판정되면 불량판정패널이 제1이송부로부터 제1보조 이송경로를 따라 제2검사부로 이송될 수 있도록 연결부를 제어하며, 제1검사부를 통해 패널이 양품 판정된 양품판정패널이 하류장치로의 이송이 곤란한 경우에는 제2이송부로부터 제2보조 이송경로를 따라 이송될 수 있도록 연결부를 제어할 수 있다.
