Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an integrated heat management system of a vehicle, and the objective of the present invention is to improve connectivity and component commonality between heat management devices, thereby enabling the number of components to be reduced without degradation in performance of each heat management device. To this end, the present invention relates to the integrated heat management system of a vehicle, the system: having a refrigerant circulation line for cooling and heating the interior space of a vehicle while being operated in an air conditioner mode or a heat pump mode according to the flow direction of a refrigerant, and a coolant circulation line, of an electric component module side, for circulating a coolant to an electric component module and cooling the same, wherein the coolant circulation line of the electric component module side includes a radiator for cooling the coolant having absorbed waste heat of the electric component module; including a water-cooled outdoor heat exchanger for exchanging heat between the refrigerant circulating through the refrigerant circulation line and the coolant circulating through the coolant circulation line of the electric component module side; and having a coolant flow control part for controlling the flow of the coolant in the coolant circulation line of the electric component module side so as to circulate, to the water-cooled outdoor heat exchanger, the coolant absorbing the waste heat of the electric component module and/or the coolant cooled by the radiator.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système intégré de gestion thermique d'un véhicule, et l'objectif de la présente invention est d'améliorer la connectivité et le caractère commun de composants entre des dispositifs de gestion thermique, ce qui permet de réduire le nombre de composants sans dégradation des performances de chaque dispositif de gestion thermique. À cet effet, la présente invention concerne le système intégré de gestion thermique d'un véhicule, le système : comportant une conduite de circulation de réfrigérant permettant de refroidir et de chauffer l'espace intérieur d'un véhicule tout en étant actionné dans un mode de climatiseur ou un mode de pompe à chaleur en fonction de la direction d'écoulement d'un réfrigérant, et une conduite de circulation de liquide de refroidissement, d'un côté de module de composant électrique, permettant de faire circuler un liquide de refroidissement vers un module de composant électrique et de le refroidir, la conduite de circulation de liquide de refroidissement du côté du module de composant électrique comprenant un radiateur permettant de refroidir le liquide de refroidissement ayant absorbé la chaleur perdue du module de composant électrique ; comprenant un échangeur de chaleur extérieur refroidi à l'eau permettant d'échanger de la chaleur entre le réfrigérant circulant à travers la conduite de circulation de réfrigérant et le liquide de refroidissement circulant à travers la conduite de circulation de liquide de refroidissement du côté du module de composant électrique ; et comportant une partie de commande d'écoulement de liquide de refroidissement permettant de commander l'écoulement du liquide de refroidissement dans la conduite de circulation de liquide de refroidissement du côté du module de composant électrique de manière à faire circuler, vers l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur refroidi à l'eau, le liquide de refroidissement absorbant la chaleur perdue du module de composant électrique et/ou le liquide de refroidissement refroidi par le radiateur.
(KO) 본 발명은 자동차의 통합 열관리 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 열관리 장치들 간의 연계성 및 부품 공용성을 개선함으로써, 각 열관리 장치들의 성능저하 없이 부품의 개수를 줄일 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 냉매의 흐름 방향에 따라 에어컨 모드 또는 히트펌프 모드로 작동되면서 차실내를 냉,난방하는 냉매순환라인과, 전장부품모듈에 냉각수를 순환시켜 냉각시키는 전장부품모듈측 냉각수순환라인을 구비하며, 전장부품모듈측 냉각수순환라인은, 전장부품모듈의 폐열을 흡수한 냉각수를 냉각시키는 라디에이터를 포함하는 자동차의 통합 열관리 시스템에 있어서, 냉매순환라인을 순환하는 냉매와, 전장부품모듈측 냉각수순환라인을 순환하는 냉각수를 열교환시키는 수냉식 실외열교환기를 포함하고, 전장부품모듈의 폐열을 흡수한 냉각수와, 라디에이터에 의해 냉각된 냉각수 중, 적어도 어느 하나를 수냉식 실외열교환기에 순환시키도록, 전장부품모듈측 냉각수순환라인의 냉각수 흐름을 제어하는 냉각수 흐름제어부를 구비한다.
