Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a cold rolled steel sheet having excellent yield strength and drawing formability and a manufacturing method therefor. An embodiment of the present invention provides: a cold rolled steel sheet having excellent yield strength and drawing formability, the cold rolled steel sheet containing, in wt%, 0.3-0.8% of C, 13-25% of Mn, 0.2-0.8% of V, 0.03% or less of V, 0.03% or less of S, 0.04% or less of N, and the balance Fe and inevitable impurities, the cold rolled steel sheet comprising 30 area% or more of recrystallized microstructures having a size of 3 μm or smaller and 30-70 area% of non-recrystallized microstructures; and a manufacturing method therefor.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une tôle laminée à froid ayant d’excellentes limite d’élasticité et aptitude au formage par étirage et son procédé de fabrication. Un mode de réalisation de la présente invention concerne : une tôle d’acier laminée à froid ayant une excellente résistance à l’écoulement et une excellente aptitude au formage par étirage, la tôle d’acier laminée à froid contenant, en % en poids, 0,3 à 0,8 % de C, 13 à 25 % de Mn, 0,2 à 0,8 % de V, 0,03 % ou moins de V, 0,03 % ou moins de S, 0,04 % ou moins de N, et le reste étant du Fe et des impuretés inévitables, la tôle d’acier laminée à froid comprenant 30 % en aire ou plus de microstructures recristallisées ayant une taille de 3 µm ou moins et 30 à 70 % en aire de microstructures non recristallisées ; et son procédé de fabrication.
(KO) 본 발명은 항복강도 및 드로잉성형성이 우수한 냉연강판 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시형태는 중량%로, C: 0.3~0.8%, Mn: 13~25%, V: 0.2~0.8%, P: 0.03% 이하, S: 0.03% 이하, N: 0.04% 이하, 나머지 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하며, 3㎛ 이하의 크기를 갖는 재결정 미세조직을 30면적% 이상 포함하고, 미재결정 미세조직을 30~70면적% 포함하는 항복강도 및 드로잉성형성이 우수한 냉연강판 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다.
