Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a refractory lightweight concrete panel manufactured by using a recycled aggregate of waste flame retardant polyethylene foam, which is a lightweight concrete panel manufactured by using a concrete mixture including a recycled aggregate of waste flame retardant polyethylene foam, wherein the concrete mixture comprises, on the basis of a unit volume ratio: 50-60% of the recycled aggregate; 12-20% of cement; 20-30% of water; 0.5-1.5% of an expansion agent; and 0.1-1.0% of a water reducing agent.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un panneau en béton léger réfractaire fabriqué à l'aide d'un agrégat recyclé de déchets de mousse de polyéthylène ignifuge, qui est un panneau en béton léger fabriqué à l'aide d'un mélange de béton, comprenant un agrégat recyclé de déchets de mousse de polyéthylène ignifuge, le mélange de béton comprenant, sur la base d'un rapport volumique unitaire : 50-60 % de l'agrégat recyclé; 12-20 % de ciment; 20-30 % d'eau; 0,5-1,5 % d'un agent gonflant; et 0,1-1,0 % d'un agent de réduction d'eau.
(KO) 본 발명은 폐난연스티로품 소재 재생골재를 사용하여 제작된 내학성 경량콘크리트패널에 관한 것으로, 폐난연스티로품 소재 재생골재가포함된 콘크리트 흔합물을 사용하여 제조되는 경량콘크리트패널로써 상 기 콘크리트 흔합물은 단위체적비 기준 상기 재생골재 50~60%, 시멘트 12~20%, 물 20~30%, 팽창재 0.5-1.5%, 감수제 0.1~1.0%로 각각구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
