Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a battery module housing. A battery module housing according to the present invention has the shape of a polygonal pipe in which an inner space is formed to be able to receive battery cells. The battery module housing may comprise: a first and a second side plate uprightly arranged to face each other, each of the first and the second side plate comprising an upper and a lower target part defined along the longitudinal direction and a spacer formed to protrude perpendicularly from each of the target parts; and a top and a lower plate horizontally arranged on and beneath the first and the second side plate, respectively, and comprising plier parts supported by spacers of the first and the second side plate and bonded to the target parts by electromagnetic pulse bonding while gaps are maintained between the plier parts and the target parts.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un boîtier de module de batterie. Un boîtier de module de batterie selon la présente invention a la forme d'un tuyau polygonal dans lequel un espace interne est formé pour pouvoir recevoir des cellules de batterie. Le boîtier de module de batterie peut comprendre : des première et seconde plaques latérales agencées verticalement pour se faire face, chacune des première et seconde plaques latérales comprenant des parties cibles supérieure et inférieure définies le long de la direction longitudinale et un élément d'espacement formé pour faire saillie perpendiculairement à partir de chacune des parties cibles ; et des plaque supérieure et inférieure qui sont agencées horizontalement sur et sous les première et seconde plaques latérales, respectivement, et comprennent des parties pinces supportées par des éléments d'espacement des première et seconde plaques latérales et soudées aux parties cibles par soudage par impulsions électromagnétiques alors que des espaces sont maintenus entre les parties pinces et les parties cibles.
(KO) 본 발명의 배터리 모듈 하우징을 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 배터리 모듈 하우징은, 배터리 셀들을 수납할 수 있는 내부 공간이 형성된 각 관 형태의 배터리 모듈 하우징으로서, 상호 대향하게 기립 배치되고, 길이 방향을 따라 상단과 하단으로 특정되는 타켓부와, 상기 타켓부에서 수직으로 돌출 형성된 스페이서를 구비한 제1 및 제2 사이드 플레이트; 및 상기 제1 및 제2 사이드 플레이트의 상부 및 하부에 각각 수평하게 배치되되, 상기 제1 및 제2 사이드 플레이트의 스페이서에 의해 지지되어 상기 타켓부와의 사이에 갭을 유지한 상태에서 전자기 펄스 접합에 의해 상기 타켓부에 접합되는 플라이어부를 구비하는 탑 및 로워 플레이트를 포함할 수 있다.
