Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an optical phased array antenna and LiDAR including same. The present invention provides an optical phased array antenna and LiDAR including same, the optical phased array antenna comprising: a light distribution part for receiving the input of light from a laser generator and distributing same to a plurality of antenna element waveguides; a phase modulation part for applying an electric field to the plurality of antenna element waveguides, thereby modulating the phase of the light propagated through the antenna element waveguides; and a light output part for outputting the light modulated by the phase modulation part, wherein the light distribution part, the phase modulation part and the light output part together comprise a base part and an optical waveguide which is provided over the base part and comprises the plurality of antenna element waveguides.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une antenne optique à balayage électronique et un LiDAR la comprenant. La présente invention porte sur une antenne optique à balayage électronique et un LiDAR la comprenant, l'antenne optique à balayage électronique comprenant : une partie de distribution de lumière pour recevoir en entrée de la lumière provenant d'un générateur laser et distribuer celle-ci à une pluralité de guides d'ondes d'élément d'antenne ; une partie de modulation de phase pour appliquer un champ électrique à la pluralité de guides d'ondes d'élément d'antenne, modulant ainsi la phase de la lumière se propageant dans les guides d'ondes d'élément d'antenne ; et une partie de sortie de lumière pour émettre la lumière modulée par la partie de modulation de phase, la partie de distribution de lumière, la partie de modulation de phase et la partie de sortie de lumière constituant ensemble une partie de base et un guide d'ondes optiques qui est disposé sur la partie de base et comprend la pluralité de guides d'ondes d'élément d'antenne.
(KO) 본 발명은 광 위상 배열 안테나 및 이를 포함하는 라이다에 대한 것이다. 본 발명은, 레이저 발생기로부터 광을 입력받아 복수의 안테나 소자 도파로로 분배하는 광분배부; 상기 복수의 안테나 소자 도파로에 전기장을 가하여 상기 안테나 소자 도파로를 통해 전파되는 광의 위상을 변조하는 위상 변조부; 및 상기 위상 변조부에서 변조된 광을 출력하는 광출력부;를 포함하고, 상기 광분배부, 상기 위상 변조부, 및 상기 광출력부는 베이스부와 상기 베이스부의 상부에 구비되고 상기 복수의 안테나 소자 도파로를 포함하는 광도파로를 포함하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 위상 배열 안테나와, 이를 포함하는 라이다를 제공한다.
