Abstract:
(EN) A highly sensitive cross-shape Hall plate is provided. The Hall plate according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a main plate; an input plate which is arranged in a side portion of the main plate, and to which a bias current is input; and an output plate which is arranged in a side portion of the main plate, and from which the bias current is output, wherein the width of the input plate is determined by a mathematical formula that is derived on the basis of a current density depending on a location of the input plate. As a result, an optimised width and length of the cross-shape Hall plate can quickly and easily be determined without trial and error by means of simulations and experiments.
(FR) L'invention concerne une plaque à effet de Hall en forme de croix hautement sensible. La plaque à effet de Hall selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : une plaque principale; une plaque d'entrée qui est disposée dans une partie latérale de la plaque principale, et à laquelle un courant de polarisation est envoyé; et une plaque de sortie qui est agencée dans une partie latérale de la plaque principale, et à partir de laquelle le courant de polarisation est émis, la largeur de la plaque d'entrée étant déterminée par une formule mathématique qui est dérivée sur la base d'une densité de courant dépendant d'un emplacement de la plaque d'entrée. Par conséquent, une largeur et une longueur optimisées de la plaque à effet de Hall en forme de croix peuvent être déterminées rapidement et facilement sans essai ni erreur au moyen de simulations et d'expériences.
(KO) 고감도 십자형 홀 플레이트가 제공된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 홀 플레이트는, 주 플레이트, 주 플레이트의 측부에 마련되며 바이어스 전류가 입력되는 입력 플레이트, 주 플레이트의 측부에 마련되며 바이어스 전류가 출력되는 출력 플레이트를 포함하고, 입력 플레이트의 폭은 입력 플레이트의 위치에 따른 전류 밀도를 기초로 도출된 수식으로부터 결정된다. 이에 의해, 십자형 홀 플레이트의 최적화된 폭과 길이를, 시뮬레이션과 실험에 의한 시행착오 없이 빠르고 간편하게 결정할 수 있게 된다.
