Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a submarine cable transport device and method of a vessel, whereby a submarine cable is loaded onto a cargo box of the vessel or the submarine cable loaded onto the cargo box is transshipped to a laying vessel, the device being characterized by comprising: a guide part for guiding the entry and exit of the submarine cable; a winding part for winding or unwinding the submarine cable; a transfer driving part for providing a tensile force to the submarine cable to wind or unwind the submarine cable and controlling the tension in the submarine cable; and a leading part for guiding the winding transfer or unwinding transfer of the submarine cable. Therefore, in the present invention, the guide part is installed on the stern of the vessel and the transfer driving part and the leading part are installed on the deck during the loading or transshipment of the submarine cable to or from the cargo box of the vessel, and thus damage due to bending of the submarine cable can be prevented by minimizing bending sections when transferring the submarine cable.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de transport de câble sous-marin et un procédé pour un navire, par lequel un câble sous-marin est chargé sur une caisse de chargement du navire, ou alors le câble sous-marin chargé sur la caisse de chargement est transbordé vers un navire de pose, le dispositif étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : une partie de guidage destinée à guider l'entrée et la sortie du câble sous-marin ; une partie d'enroulement destinée à enrouler ou dérouler le câble sous-marin ; une partie d'entraînement de transfert destinée à fournir une force de traction au câble sous-marin pour enrouler ou dérouler le câble sous-marin et commander la tension dans le câble sous-marin ; et une partie menante destinée à guider le transfert d'enroulement ou le transfert de déroulement du câble sous-marin. Par conséquent, dans la présente invention, la partie de guidage est installée sur la poupe du navire et la partie d'entraînement de transfert ainsi que la partie menante sont installées sur le pont pendant le chargement ou le transbordement du câble sous-marin vers ou depuis la caisse de chargement du navire. Des dommages dus à la flexion du câble sous-marin peuvent ainsi être empêchés en réduisant au minimum les sections de courbure lors du transfert du câble sous-marin.
(KO) 본 발명은 선박의 적재함에 해저케이블을 선적하거나 적재함에 선적된 해저케이블을 포설선에 환적하는 선박의 해저케이블 운송장치 및 운송방법에 관한 것으로서, 해저케이블의 유출입을 안내하는 가이드부와, 해저케이블을 권취하거나 권해하는 권취부와, 해저케이블을 권취하거나 권해하도록 해저케이블에 인장력을 제공하며 해저케이블의 장력을 조절하는 이송구동부와, 해저케이블의 권취이송이나 권해이송을 안내하는 안내부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 본 발명은 선박의 적재함에서 해저케이블의 선적이송이나 환적이송시 선박의 선미에 가이드부를 설치하고 갑판에 이송구동부와 안내부를 설치함으로써, 해저케이블의 이송시 절곡부위를 최소화하여 해저케이블의 절곡에 의한 손상을 방지할 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.
