Abstract:
(EN) A cooling jacket for cooling a battery cell, according to the present invention, has a cooling plate having a board shape and a plurality of cooling channels provided inside the cooling plate, and makes close contact with one surface of a battery cell so as to absorb heat generated by the battery cell, wherein the plurality of cooling channels include: a coolant supply manifold channel and a coolant discharge manifold channel, which are disposed one-by-one at both sides of the cooling plate, and extend toward the outside from the inside of the cooling plate such that one end of each of the coolant supply manifold channel and the coolant discharge manifold channel are exposed toward the outside; and non-uniform cooling channels disposed to be spaced apart from each other at predetermined intervals, having both ends connected to the coolant supply manifold channel and the coolant discharge manifold channel across the cooling plate, and having a non-uniformly formed width.
(FR) Une chemise de refroidissement pour refroidir une cellule de batterie, selon la présente invention, comporte une plaque de refroidissement ayant une forme de carte et une pluralité de canaux de refroidissement disposés à l'intérieur de la plaque de refroidissement, et établit un contact étroit avec une surface d'une cellule de batterie de manière à absorber la chaleur générée par la cellule de batterie, la pluralité de canaux de refroidissement comprenant : un canal collecteur d'alimentation en liquide de refroidissement et un canal collecteur d'évacuation de liquide de refroidissement, qui sont disposés un-par-un des deux côtés de la plaque de refroidissement, et s'étendent vers l'extérieur à partir de l'intérieur de la plaque de refroidissement de telle sorte qu'une extrémité de chacun du canal collecteur d'alimentation en liquide de refroidissement et du canal collecteur d'évacuation de liquide de refroidissement sont exposées vers l'extérieur ; et des canaux de refroidissement non uniformes disposés de façon à être espacés les uns des autres à des intervalles prédéterminés, ayant les deux extrémités reliées au canal collecteur d'alimentation en liquide de refroidissement et au canal collecteur d'évacuation de liquide de refroidissement à travers la plaque de refroidissement, et ayant une largeur formée non uniforme.
(KO) 본 발명에 따른 전지 셀 냉각용 쿨링 자켓은 판재 형태의 쿨링 플레이트와 상기 쿨링 플레이트의 내부에 마련되는 복수의 냉각 채널들을 구비하고 전지 셀의 일면에 밀착 배치되어 전지 셀의 열을 흡수하는 쿨링 자켓으로서, 상기 복수의 냉각 채널들은, 상기 쿨링 플레이트의 양쪽 사이드에 하나씩 배치되며 일단이 외부로 노출되게 상기 쿨링 플레이트 내부에서 외부로 연장되는 냉각수 공급 매니폴드 채널과 냉각수 배출 매니폴드 채널; 및 상호 간 소정 간격 이격 배치되고 상기 쿨링 플레이트를 가로질러 양단부가 상기 냉각수 공급 매니폴드 채널과 배출 매니폴드 채널에 연결되며, 폭이 불균일하게 형성된 불균일 냉각 채널들을 포함할 수 있다.
