Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a system for energy recycling using mechanical vapor recompression in a combined chemical process, comprising: a heat exchange reactor for generating and discharging an intermediate material by means of an exothermic reaction, and heat-exchanging heat generated in the exothermic reaction with water supplied from the outside so as to generate water vapor; an absorption tank for receiving the intermediate material and mixing the intermediate material with water so as to produce an intermediate material aqueous solution; a stripper for receiving the intermediate material aqueous solution and separating the intermediate material into an intermediate material gas and an intermediate material solution; an endothermic reactor for receiving the intermediate material solution and reacting the intermediate material with water so as to produce a final material aqueous solution; an evaporation concentrator for receiving the final material aqueous solution and heat-exchanging heat of the water vapor from the heat exchange reactor with the final material aqueous solution so as to generate steam; a dehydrating distillation tower for receiving, dehydrating, and purifying the final material aqueous solution discharged from the evaporation concentrator; and a mechanical vapor recompressor for compressing the steam from the evaporation concentrator and providing the compressed steam as a source of heat or a source of steam supply.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système de recyclage d'énergie utilisant une recompression de vapeur mécanique dans un processus chimique combiné, comprenant: un réacteur échangeur de chaleur pour générer et évacuer un matériau intermédiaire au moyen d'une réaction exothermique, la chaleur de l'échangeur de chaleur dans la réaction exothermique étant générée avec de l'eau provenant de l'extérieur pour produire de la vapeur d'eau; un réservoir d'absorption pour recevoir le matériau intermédiaire et le mélanger avec de l'eau pour produire une solution aqueuse du matériau intermédiaire; un extracteur pour recevoir la solution aqueuse du matériau intermédiaire et séparer le matériau intermédiaire en un gaz de matériau intermédiaire et une solution de peroxyde d'hydrogène de matériau intermédiaire; un réacteur endothermique pour recevoir la solution de peroxyde d'hydrogène de matériau intermédiaire et faire réagir le matériau intermédiaire avec de l'eau pour produire une solution aqueuse de matériau final; un concentrateur d'évaporation pour recevoir la solution aqueuse de matériau final et une chaleur d'échange de chaleur de la vapeur d'eau provenant du réacteur échangeur de chaleur avec la solution aqueuse de matériau final pour générer de la vapeur; une tour de distillation déshydratante pour recevoir, déshydrater et purifier la solution aqueuse de matériau final évacuée du concentrateur d'évaporation; et un recompresseur de vapeur pour comprimer la vapeur provenant du concentrateur d'évaporation et fournir de la vapeur comprimée en tant que source de chaleur ou source d'alimentation en vapeur.
(KO) 본 발명은 발열반응에 의해 중간물질을 생성하여 배출하고, 상기 발열반응에서 발생되는 열과 외부에서 공급되는 물을 열교환시켜, 수증기를 생성하는 열교환반응기; 상기 중간물질을 공급받아, 상기 중간물질에 물을 혼합시켜 중간물질 수용액을 생성하는 흡수조; 상기 중간물질 수용액을 공급받아, 상기 중간물질을 중간물질 가스와 중간물질 과수용액으로 분리하는 스트리퍼; 상기 중간물질 과수용액을 공급받아, 상기 중간물질을 물과 반응시켜 최종물질 수용액으로 생성하는 흡열반응기; 상기 최종물질 수용액을 공급받고, 상기 열교환반응기로부터 나오는 수증기의 열과 상기 최종물질 수용액을 열교환시켜, 스팀을 생성하는 증발농축기; 상기 증발농축기에서 배출되는 최종물질 수용액을 공급받아 탈수 및 정제하는 탈수증류탑; 및 상기 증발농축기로부터 나오는 스팀을 압축하고, 압축된 스팀을 열원 또는 스팀공급원으로서 제공하는 증발스팀재압축기;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합화학공정 내의 증발스팀재압축기를 이용한 에너지 재활용 시스템을 제공한다.
