Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a method for removing pesticide residues from a plant extract, comprising a step of extracting pesticide residues from a plant extract by using a mixture of a fatty acid alkyl ester and a glyceryl fatty acid ester. By using the mixture, 10 or more kinds of various pesticides can be efficiently removed and the loss of plant extract active ingredients such as saponin can be minimized.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé d'élimination de résidus pesticides d'un extrait de plante, comprenant une étape d'extraction de résidus pesticides présents dans un extrait de plante à l'aide d'un mélange d'un ester alkylique d'acide gras et d'un ester glycérique d'acide gras. En utilisant le mélange, 10 types ou plus de divers pesticides peuvent être efficacement éliminés et la perte des principes actifs de l'extrait de plante tels que la saponine peut être réduite au minimum.
(KO) 지방산 알킬 에스터 및 글리세릴 지방산 에스테르의 혼합물을 이용하여 식물 추출물 내의 잔류 농약을 추출하는 단계를 포함하는 식물 추출물의 잔류 농약 제거 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 혼합물을 사용함으로써 적어도 10종 이상의 다양한 농약을 효율적으로 제거하면서도, 사포닌과 같은 식물 추출물의 유효성분의 손실을 최소화할 수 있다.
