Abstract:
(EN) An ultrasonic sensor driving apparatus according to the present invention comprises: an ultrasonic sensor for transmitting and receiving an ultrasonic signal; a driving unit for driving the ultrasonic sensor; and a control unit for controlling the driving unit to drive the ultrasonic sensor, wherein the driving unit is controlled so that the ultrasonic sensor is driven in such a manner that two or more of resonance frequencies of the ultrasonic sensor which vary depending on temperature are alternately output. According to the present invention, in driving the ultrasonic sensor, uniform sensitivity characteristics appear over the entire temperature range from a low temperature to a high temperature, so that reliability according to temperature may be improved. Accordingly, it is possible to achieve uniform performance over the entire temperature range, irrespective of the accuracy of a temperature measurement method.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil d'excitation de capteur ultrasonore comprenant : un capteur ultrasonore destiné à émettre et recevoir un signal ultrasonore ; une unité d'excitation destinée à exciter le capteur ultrasonore ; et une unité de commande destinée à amener l'unité d'excitation à exciter le capteur ultrasonore, l'unité d'excitation étant commandée de sorte que le capteur ultrasonore soit excité de telle manière qu'au moins deux fréquences de résonance du capteur ultrasonore qui varient en fonction de la température soient émises en alternance. Selon la présente invention, lors de l'excitation du capteur ultrasonore, des caractéristiques de sensibilité uniformes apparaissent sur toute la plage de températures depuis une basse température jusqu'à une température élevée, de sorte qu'une fiabilité en fonction de la température peut être améliorée. Par conséquent, il est possible d'obtenir une performance uniforme sur toute la plage de température, indépendamment de la précision d'un procédé de mesure de température.
(KO) 본 발명의 초음파 센서 구동 장치는 초음파 신호를 송수신하기 위한 초음파 센서, 상기 초음파 센서를 구동하기 위한 구동부 및 상기 초음파 센서가 구동되도록 상기 구동부를 제어하되, 온도에 따라 변하는 초음파 센서의 공진 주파수 중에서 둘 이상의 공진 주파수가 번갈아 출력되는 방식으로 상기 초음파 센서가 구동되도록 상기 구동부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 초음파 센서를 구동함에 있어서, 저온부터 고온까지의 전 온도 영역에서 균일한 감도 특성을 나타냄으로써, 온도에 따른 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다. 따라서, 온도 측정 방법의 정확도와 상관없이 전 온도 영역에 걸쳐 균일한 성능을 구현할 수 있다.
