Abstract:
(EN) Discloses are a glasses lens processing apparatus and method for determining whether lens processing is completed by using a hall sensor during the processing of glasses lens. The glasses lens processing apparatus comprises: a grinding wheel mounting part (22) on which a grinding wheel (20) for grinding a lens is mounted, and of which the position changes according to a target grinding depth for the lens; a carriage (12), which moves the lens such that the lens comes in contact with the grinding wheel (20), and makes contact with the grinding wheel mounting part (22) when the lens, having made contact with the grinding wheel (20), is ground to the target grinding depth; and a hall sensor detecting part (30) for detecting whether the grinding wheel mounting part (22) and the carriage (12) make contact with each other, wherein the hall sensor detecting part (30) includes a magnet (32) and a hall sensor (34) for detecting the intensity of a magnetic field generated by the magnet (32), the magnet (32) is mounted on one of the carriage (12) and the grinding wheel mounting part (22) and the hall sensor (34) is mounted on the other, and when an output value of the hall sensor (34) is A in a state in which the grinding wheel mounting part (22) and the carriage (12) make contact with each other, and the output value of the hall sensor (34) is greater or less than A within a tolerance range, the grinding wheel mounting part (22) and the carriage (12) are determined as being spaced apart.
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil de traitement de verres de lunettes et un procédé permettant de déterminer si un traitement de verres est terminé, au moyen d'un capteur à effet Hall, pendant le traitement des verres. L'appareil de traitement selon l'invention comprend : une partie montage de meule (22) sur laquelle est montée une meule (20) destinée à meuler un verre et dont la position change selon une profondeur de meulage cible pour le verre ; un chariot (12) destiné à déplacer le verre de sorte qu'il vienne en contact avec la meule (20), et à venir en contact avec la partie montage de meule (22) lorsque le verre, étant venu en contact avec la meule (20), est meulé jusqu'à la profondeur de meulage cible ; et une partie détection à capteur à effet Hall (30) destinée à détecter si la partie montage de roue de meulage (22) et le chariot (12) viennent en contact l'un avec l'autre, la partie détection à capteur à effet Hall (30) comprenant un aimant (32) et un capteur à effet Hall (34) destiné à détecter l'intensité d'un champ magnétique généré par l'aimant (32), l'aimant (32) étant monté sur le chariot (12) ou sur la partie montage de meule (22) et le capteur à effet Hall (34) étant monté sur l'autre, et lorsqu'une valeur de sortie du capteur à effet Hall (34) représente A dans un état dans lequel la partie montage de meule (22) et le chariot (12) viennent en contact l'un avec l'autre et que la valeur de sortie du capteur à effet Hall (34) est supérieure ou inférieure à A dans une plage de tolérance, la partie montage de roue de meulage (22) et le chariot (12) étant déterminés comme étant espacés.
(KO) 안경 렌즈를 가공하는데 있어서, 홀 센서(Hall sensor)를 이용하여 렌즈 가공 완료 여부를 판단하는 안경 렌즈 가공 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 상기 안경 렌즈 가공 장치는, 렌즈를 연마하는 연마휠(20)이 장착되며, 렌즈의 목적하는 연마 깊이에 따라 위치가 변동되는 연마휠 장착부(22); 렌즈를 연마휠(20)에 접촉하도록 이동시키고, 연마휠(20)에 접촉된 렌즈가 목적하는 연마 깊이까지 연마되면, 연마휠 장착부(22)에 접촉하는 캐리지(12); 및 상기 연마휠 장착부(22) 및 캐리지(12)의 접촉 여부를 감지하는 홀 센서 검출부(30)를 포함하며, 상기 홀 센서 검출부(30)는 자석(32) 및 상기 자석(32)에서 발생하는 자기장의 세기를 검출하는 홀 센서(34)를 포함하고, 상기 캐리지(12) 및 연마휠 장착부(22)의 어느 하나에는 자석(32)이 장착되고, 다른 하나에는 홀 센서(34)가 장착되며, 상기 연마휠 장착부(22) 및 캐리지(12)가 접촉된 상태에서, 홀 센서(34)의 출력값을 A라 하면, 상기 홀 센서(34)의 출력값이 A보다 허용 오차 범위 내로 작거나 큰 경우, 상기 연마휠 장착부(22) 및 캐리지(12)가 이격된 상태라고 판단한다.
