Abstract:
(EN) A hotbox internal structure coating method, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: preparing a hotbox internal structure formed by assembling, on a flat plate, fuel cell components including a burner, a heat exchanger and a fuel cell stack; coating the hotbox internal structure by immersing same in a slurry which is a suspension in which an insoluble substance and a solvent are mixed; and, by separating the immersed hotbox internal structure from the slurry, removing surplus slurry left over after the coating of the hotbox internal structure.
(FR) Un procédé de revêtement de structure interne de boîte chaude, selon la présente invention, comprend les étapes consistant à : préparer une structure interne de boîte chaude formée par assemblage, sur une plaque plate, d'éléments de pile à combustible comprenant un brûleur, un échangeur de chaleur et un empilement de piles à combustible ; revêtir la structure interne de boîte chaude par son immersion dans une suspension qui est une suspension dans laquelle une substance insoluble et un solvant sont mélangés ; et, par séparation de la structure interne de boîte chaude immergée de la suspension, éliminer la suspension résiduelle qui reste après le revêtement de la structure interne de boîte chaude.
(KO) 본 발명에 따른 핫박스 내부 구조 코팅 방법은, 버너, 열교환기 및 연료전지 스택을 포함하는 연료전지 구성품이 판형의 플레이트에 조립됨으로써 형성된 핫박스 내부 구조를 준비하는 단계; 불용해물과 용매가 혼합된 현탁액인 슬러리(slurry)에 상기 핫박스 내부 구조를 침지시킴으로써, 상기 핫박스 내부 구조를 코팅하는 단계; 및 상기 침지시킨 핫박스 내부 구조를 상기 슬러리로부터 이탈시킴으로써, 상기 핫박스 내부 구조를 코팅시키고 남은 잉여 슬러리를 제거하는 단계를 포함한다.
