(KO) 폴리아마이드의 제조 방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 폴리아마이드
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for preparing a polyamide and a polyamide prepared thereby. The method for preparing a polyamide comprises the step of reacting a first nylon salt as a first reactant, an amino acid or a lactam as a second reactant, and an elastomer salt as a third reactant. According to the method for preparing a polyamide, it is possible to prepare a polyamide which can easily be formed into a fiber while exhibiting excellent moisture absorption rate, and which has an excellent spin-draw property.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la préparation d'un polyamide et un polyamide ainsi préparé. Le procédé pour la préparation d'un polyamide comprend l'étape consistant à faire réagir un premier sel de nylon en tant que premier réactif, un acide aminé ou un lactame en tant que deuxième réactif et un sel d'élastomère en tant que troisième réactif. Selon le procédé pour la préparation d'un polyamide, il est possible de préparer un polyamide qui peut facilement être mis sous forme d'une fibre et qui a un excellent taux d'absorption d'humidité et une excellente propriété de filage-étirage.
(KO) 본 발명은 폴리아마이드의 제조 방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 폴리아마이드에 관한 것으로서, 상기 폴리아마이드의 제조 방법은 제 1 반응물로서 제 1 나일론염(nylon salt), 제 2 반응물로서 아미노산(amino acid) 또는 락탐(lactam), 제 3 반응물로서 엘라스토머염을 반응시키는 단계를 포함한다. 상기 폴리아마이드의 제조 방법에 의하면 폴리아마이드의 수분 흡수율이 우수하면서도 섬유 형성을 용이하게 할 수 있고, 방사 연신성이 우수한 폴리아마이드를 제조할 수 있다.
