Abstract:
(EN) The present disclosure relates to a pre-5th-Generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates Beyond 4th-Generation (4G) communication system such as Long Term Evolution (LTE). A method for operating a user equipment, UE (10) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising: receiving, from a base station, BS (20), connection setup message requesting information on capabilities of the UE (10); transmitting, to the BS (20), the information on capabilities of the UE (10) is provided.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de communication de pré-5e génération (5G) ou système de communication 5G, pouvant prendre en charge des débits de données supérieurs à ceux d’un système de communication de 4e génération (4G), tel qu’un système d’évolution à long terme (LTE). Un procédé d'exploitation d'un équipement utilisateur (UE) (10) dans un système de communication sans fil consiste : à recevoir d'une station de base (BS) (20) un message de configuration de connexion demandant des informations sur les capacités de l'UE (10); et à transmettre à la BS (20) les informations sur les capacités de l'UE (10).
