Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a vehicle cruise control sensor cover and a manufacturing method therefor, the cover comprising: a bottom cover member in which indium or an indium-containing alloy is deposited on a front surface of a body, from which a logo and an outer edge protrudes three-dimensionally, by a non-conductive vacuum metallization (NCVM) method; and a top cover member made of a transparent material, and having a back surface formed in a shape corresponding to the front surface shape of the bottom cover member, wherein the top cover member is assembled on the front surface of the bottom cover member so as to implement a metallic color and material and has abrasion resistance and weather resistance, the electromagnetic permeability of the cruise control sensor is ensured, and a logo design is not disturbed.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un couvercle de capteur de régulation de vitesse de véhicule et son procédé de fabrication, le couvercle comprenant : un élément couvercle de fond dans lequel de l'indium ou un alliage contenant de l'indium est déposé sur une surface avant d'un corps, à partir de laquelle un logo et un bord extérieur font saillie en trois dimensions, par un procédé de métallisation sous vide non conductrice (NCVM) ; et un élément couvercle de dessus constitué d'un matériau transparent et ayant une surface arrière formée selon une forme correspondant à la forme de surface avant de l'élément couvercle de fond, l'élément couvercle de dessus étant assemblé sur la surface avant de l'élément couvercle de fond, de façon à mettre en œuvre une couleur et un matériau métalliques et ayant une résistance à l'abrasion et une résistance aux intempéries, la perméabilité électromagnétique du capteur de régulation de vitesse est assurée et une conception de logo n'est pas perturbée.
(KO) 본 발명은 로고 및 외각 테두리가 입체적으로 돌출 형성된 바디의 전면에 인듐 또는 인듐을 포함하는 합금이 NCVM(non conductive vacuum metalization)방식으로 증착된 보텀커버부재, 및 투명한 재질로 이루어지고, 배면이 상기 보텀커버부재의 전면 형상과 대응하는 형상으로 형성된 탑커버부재를 포함하고, 상기 보텀커버부재의 전면에 탑커버부재가 조립되어, 메탈릭한 색상 및 재질이 구현되고, 내마모성 및 내후성을 가지며, 크루즈 컨트롤센서의 전자기적 투과성이 확보되고, 로고 디자인을 저해하지 않는 자동차용 크루즈컨트롤 센서 커버 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다.
