Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for increasing efficiency of cloning a somatic cell in a mammal and, more specifically, to a method for providing a high-quality embryo by enhancing the efficiency of reprogramming a cloned embryo by using a cytoplasmic transplantation technique. The method according to the present invention can be very efficiently used to produce transgenic cloned animals by inserting or deleting a desired gene by means of genome editing of somatic cells sought to be cloned.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant d'augmenter l'efficacité de clonage d'une cellule somatique chez un mammifère et, plus précisément, un procédé permettant de fournir un embryon de haute qualité par l'amélioration de l'efficacité de reprogrammation d'un embryon cloné à l'aide d'une technique de transplantation cytoplasmique. Selon la présente invention, le procédé peut être utilisé très efficacement en vue de produire des animaux clonés transgéniques, par insertion ou délétion d'un gène souhaité au moyen de l'édition de génome de cellules somatiques destinées à être clonées.
(KO) 본 발명은 포유동물의 체세포 복제 효율을 증가시키는 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 세포질 이식 기술을 이용하여 복제배아의 재프로그래밍 효율을 향상시킴으로써 양질의 배아를 제공하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 방법을 사용 시 복제하고자 하는 체세포의 genome editing에 의하여 원하는 유전자를 삽입 또는 제거하여 형질전환복제동물을 생산하는데 매우 효율적으로 활용될 수 있다.
