Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method, a system, and a computer-readable medium for controlling temperature and indoor conditions in a renewable building energy system. A building energy management system according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which a building to be controlled includes an air conditioner/heater and a ventilator, comprises: a central control unit for receiving basic data from the outside, and deriving a target indoor temperature and a target indoor pollution level at predetermined first time intervals; a temperature regulator for receiving the target indoor temperature from the central control unit and controlling the air conditioner/heater on the basis of the target indoor temperature; and a pollution level regulator for receiving the target indoor pollution level from the central control unit and controlling the ventilator on the basis of the target indoor pollution level.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé, un système et un support lisible par ordinateur pour réguler des conditions de température et intérieures dans un système de bâtiment à énergie renouvelable. Un système de gestion d'énergie de bâtiment selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, dans lequel un bâtiment cible de régulation comprend un climatiseur et un ventilateur, comprend : une unité de commande centrale pour recevoir des données de base de l'extérieur et dériver une température intérieure cible et un niveau de pollution intérieure cible à des premiers intervalles de temps prédéfinis; un régulateur de température pour recevoir la température intérieure cible à partir de l'unité de commande centrale et commander le climatiseur sur la base de la température intérieure cible; et un régulateur de niveau de pollution pour recevoir le niveau de pollution intérieure cible de l'unité de commande centrale et commander le ventilateur sur la base du niveau de pollution intérieure cible.
(KO) 본 발명은 신재생 건물에너지시스템에서의 온도 및 실내상태 제어방법, 시스템 및 컴퓨터판독가능매체으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 건물 에너지 관리 시스템은 제어대상 건물은 냉난방기 및 환기장치를 포함하고, 외부로부터 기초데이터를 수신하고, 기설정된 제1 시간간격에 따른 건물의 목표실내온도 및 목표실내오염도를 도출하는 중앙제어부; 상기 중앙제어부로부터 상기 목표실내온도를 수신하고, 상기 목표실내온도에 기초하여 상기 냉난방기를 제어하는 온도조절기; 및 상기 중앙제어부로부터 상기 목표실내오염도를 수신하고, 상기 목표실내오염도에 기초하여 상기 환기장치를 제어하는 오염도조절기;를 포함한다.
