Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a reaction tank capable of minimizing a delay time required for stirring, into an evenly mixed state, organic sludge with an additive for rapidly and efficiently reducing moisture contained in the organic sludge so as to increase the drying and heating output of the organic sludge, and a drying system using the same. To this end, the present invention discloses a high-speed organic sludge drying system comprising: a sludge storage tank for storing and supplying dewatered sludge; an additive storage tank for storing and supplying additives for increasing heating output; a mixer for mixing the dewatered sludge and the additive conveyed from the sludge storage tank and the additive storage tank, respectively; and a reaction tank for stirring the mixture conveyed from the mixer for a predetermined time while blowing hot air, drying, and then discharging the same.
(FR) Le but de la présente invention est de proposer un réservoir de réaction capable de réduire au minimum un temps d'attente nécessaire à l'agitation d'un mélange homogène de boues organiques contenant un additif afin de réduire rapidement et efficacement l'humidité contenue dans les boues organiques de façon à augmenter le séchage et le chauffage des boues organiques, et un système de séchage l'utilisant. À cet effet, la présente invention propose un système de séchage de boue organique à grande vitesse comprenant : un réservoir de stockage de boues pour le stockage et l'alimentation de boues déshydratées; un réservoir de stockage d'additifs pour le stockage et l'alimentation d'additifs afin d'augmenter la puissance de chauffage; un mélangeur pour le mélange des boues déshydratées et de l'additif provenant du réservoir de stockage de boues et du réservoir de stockage d'additifs, respectivement; et un réservoir de réaction pour l'agitation du mélange provenant du mélangeur pendant un temps prédéterminé tout en y soufflant de l'air chaud, en le séchant, puis en l'évacuant.
(KO) 본 발명은 유기성 슬러지에 함유되어 있는 수분을 빠르고 효율적으로 줄여 유기성 슬러지의 건조 및 발열량을 높이기 위한 첨가제와 균일한 혼합상태로 교반하는 데 필요한 지체시간을 최소화할 수 있는 반응조 및 이를 이용한 건조화 시스템을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명에서는 탈수 슬러지를 저장 및 공급하는 슬러지 저장조와, 발열량을 높이기 위한 첨가제를 저장 및 공급하는 첨가제 저장조와, 상기 슬러지 저장조 및 첨가제 저장조에서 각각 운반되는 탈수 슬러지와 첨가제를 섞어서 혼합하는 혼합기 및 상기 혼합기에서 운반된 혼합물을 일정 시간 교반하면서 열풍을 송풍하여 건조 처리한 후 배출하는 반응조를 포함하는 유기성 슬러지 고속 건조화 시스템을 개시한다.
