Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a LiDAR measurement error correction device, comprising: a measurement error correction unit for calculating a flow incline angle for each piece of second wind speed data by using the second wind speed data acquired by LiDAR, calculating a turbulence intensity for each piece of first wind speed data by using the first wind speed data acquired by a meteorological mast, performing a regression analysis utilizing a BIN method in consideration of both the flow incline angle and the turbulence intensity, calculating an estimation error equation for each BIN so as to obtain an estimation error, and calculating corrected second wind speed data in which the second wind speed data of the LiDAR is corrected using the calculated estimation error; and a storage unit connected to the measurement error correction unit, storing the first and second wind speed data, and storing data calculated by the measurement error correction unit.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de correction d'erreur de mesure LiDAR, comprenant : une unité de correction d'erreur de mesure pour calculer un angle d'inclinaison de flux pour chaque élément de secondes données de vitesse du vent à l'aide de secondes données de vitesse du vent acquises par LiDAR, calculer une intensité de turbulence pour chaque élément de premières données de vitesse du vent à l'aide des premières données de vitesse du vent acquises par un mât météorologique, mettre en oeuvre une analyse de régression à l'aide d'un procédé BIN tenant compte à la fois de l'angle d'inclinaison de flux et de l'intensité de turbulence, calculer une équation d'erreur d'estimation pour chaque BIN de façon à obtenir une erreur d'estimation et calculer des secondes données de vitesse du vent corrigées, dans lesquelles les secondes données de vitesse du vent du LiDAR sont corrigées à l'aide de l'erreur d'estimation calculée ; et une unité de stockage, connectée à l'unité de correction d'erreur de mesure et qui stocke les premières et secondes données de vitesse du vent ainsi que les données calculées par l'unité de correction d'erreur de mesure.
(KO) 본 발명은 라이다 측정 오차 보정 장치에 관한 것으로서, 라이다에서 획득된 제2 풍속 데이터를 이용하여 각 제2 풍속 데이터에 대한 유동 경사각을 산출하고, 기상탑에서 획득된 제1 풍속 데이터를 이용하여 각 제1 풍속 데이터에 대한 난류 강도를 산출하고, 상기 유동 경사각과 상기 난류 강도를 모두 고려하여 빈 방법을 활용한 회귀분석을 실시하고, 각 빈에 대한 추정 오차식을 산출하여 추정 오차를 구하고 산출된 상기 추정 오차를 이용하여 라이다의 제2 풍속 데이터를 보정한 보정된 제2 풍속 데이터를 산출하는 측정 오차 보정부, 그리고 상기 측정 오차 보정부에 연결되어 있고, 상기 제1 및 제2 풍속 데이터가 저장되며 상기 측정 오차 보정부에 의해 산출된 데이터가 저장되는 저장부를 포함한다.
