Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a bidirectional conductive module and a method for manufacturing the same. A bidirectional conductive module according to the present invention comprises: an insulative body which is made of an insulative material, and which has a plurality of through-holes formed to penetrate the same in the upward/downward direction; a conductive filling portion which fills the upper area of each of the through-holes, and which is formed by filling the same with a filler comprising conductive powder having conductivity; and a conductive pin which is contained in the lower area of each of the through-holes, and which makes an electric contact with the conductive filling portion. Each of the through-holes comprises an upper through-hole that is open in the upward direction, and a lower through-hole having an inner diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the upper through-hole so as to form a ledge between the same and the upper through-hole. Each of the conductive pins comprises a column portion inserted into the lower through-hole, and an extension portion that extends from the upper portion of the column portion in the outward radial direction. Accordingly, electric characteristics are improved while overcoming the limit of thickness and fine pitch, and manufacturing is enabled by a simple manufacturing method.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un module conducteur bidirectionnel et un procédé de fabrication dudit module. Le module conducteur bidirectionnel de la présente invention comprend : un corps isolant composé d'un matériau isolant, et présentant une pluralité de trous traversants formés de façon à pénétrer dans ce dernier dans la direction haut/bas ; une partie de remplissage conductrice qui remplit la zone supérieure de chacun des trous traversants et qui est formée par remplissage de cette dernière avec une charge comprenant une poudre conductrice présentant une conductivité ; et une broche conductrice contenue dans la zone inférieure de chacun des trous traversants et qui établit un contact électrique avec la partie de remplissage conductrice. Chacun des trous traversants comprend un trou traversant supérieur ouvert dans la direction du haut, et un trou traversant inférieur présentant un diamètre interne plus petit que le diamètre interne du trou traversant supérieur de façon à former un rebord entre ce dernier et le trou traversant supérieur. Chacune des broches conductrices comprend une partie colonne insérée dans le trou traversant inférieur, et une partie extension qui s'étend depuis la partie supérieure de la partie colonne dans la direction radiale vers l'extérieur. Ainsi, des caractéristiques électriques sont améliorées tout en résolvant la limite d'épaisseur et le pas fin, et la fabrication est rendue possible par un procédé de fabrication simple.
(KO) 본 발명은 양방향 도전성 모듈 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 양방향 도전성 모듈은 절연성을 갖는 재질로 마련되고, 상하 방향으로 관통된 복수의 관통홀이 형성된 절연성 본체와, 각각의 상기 관통홀의 상부 영역에 충진되고, 도전성을 갖는 도전성 분말을 포함하는 충진제가 충진되어 형성되는 도전성 충진부와, 각각의 상기 관통홀의 하부 영역에 수용되고, 상기 도전성 충진부와 전기적으로 접촉되는 도전핀을 포함하고; 각각의 상기 관통홀은 상부 방향으로 개방된 상부 관통홀과, 상기 상부 관통홀의 내경보다 작은 내경을 가져 상기 상부 관통홀과의 사이에 단턱을 형성하는 하부 관통홀을 포함하며; 각각의 상기 도전핀은 상기 하부 관통홀에 삽입되는 기둥부와, 상기 기둥부의 상부로부터 반경 방향 외측으로 연장되는 연장부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 미세 피치와 두께의 한계를 극복하면서도 전기적 특성이 향상되며, 간단한 제조 방법에 의해 제조가 가능하게 된다.
