Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for detecting a telomere-controlling gene family that is responsive to low-dose rate low-level radiation, and more particularly, to a method for detecting a commonly or uniquely expressed telomere-controlling gene family by irradiating a mouse thymus lymphoma cell with low-dose rate low-level radiation and then measuring the expression level of telomere-controlling genes. According to the present invention as described above, there is an effect wherein, by providing a method for detecting a telomere-controlling gene family that is responsive to low-dose rate low-level radiation, telomere-controlling genes can be used as low-level radiation telomere-controlling genes with which the relationship between the radiation exposure of industrial and medical workers and carcinogenesis can be evaluated, as low-level radiation telomere-controlling genes with which cancer progression and the level of treatment of cancer patients can be evaluated, and also as a low-level telomere-controlling gene restoration index with which the causal relationship between radiation and the occurrence of cancer can be evaluated.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de détection d'une famille de gènes contrôlant les télomères qui est sensible à un rayonnement de faible intensité et à faible dose, et plus particulièrement, un procédé de détection d'une famille de gènes contrôlant les télomères exprimé de manière commune ou unique par irradiation d'une cellule de lymphome de thymus de souris avec un rayonnement de faible intensité et de faible dose suivi de la mesure du niveau d'expression de gènes de contrôle des télomères. Selon la présente invention telle que décrite ci-dessus, il existe un effet par lequel, en fournissant un procédé de détection d'une famille de gènes de contrôle des télomères qui est sensible à un rayonnement de faible intensité et de faible dose, des gènes de contrôle des télomères peuvent être utilisés en tant que gènes de contrôle des télomères à rayonnement de faible intensité avec lesquels la relation entre l'exposition au rayonnement des travailleurs industriels et médicaux et la carcinogenèse peut être évaluée, en tant que gènes de contrôle de télomères à rayonnement de faible intensité avec lesquels la progression d'un cancer et le niveau de traitement de patients cancéreux peuvent être évalués, et également en tant qu'indice de restauration de gènes de contrôle des télomères de faible niveau avec lequel la relation causale entre le rayonnement et l'apparition d'un cancer peut être évaluée.
(KO) 본 발명은 저선량률 저준위 방사선에 반응하는 텔로미어 조절 유전자군의 검출방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 쥐 흉선 림프종 세포에 저선량 저준위 방사선을 조사한 후 텔로미어 조절 유전자들에 대하여 발현량을 계측하여, 공통 또는 단독으로 발현되는 텔로미어 조절 유전자를 검출하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 저선량률 저준위 방사선에 반응하는 텔로미어 조절 유전자군의 검출방법을 제공함으로써, 산업 및 의료종사자의 방사선 피폭과 발암과의 상관성을 평가할 수 있는 저준위 방사선 텔로미어 조절 유전자로 활용할 수 있고, 암 환자의 암 진행 및 치료정도를 평가할 수 있는 저준위 방사선 텔로미어 조절 유전자로 활용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 방사선과 암 발생 인과관계를 평가할 수 있는 저준위 텔로미어 조절 유전자 회복 지표로 활용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
