Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to: an electrode wire for electric discharge machining, having a coating layer formed on a core wire; and a manufacturing method therefor. The electrode wire for electric discharge machining comprises a core wire and a coating layer fixed so as to have a pattern on all or a part of the surface of the core wire, wherein the coating layer can be formed by performing a printing process using molten or powdered metal. The present invention includes the alleviation of a peeling or cracking problem of the coating layer and the provision of an electrode wire that is beneficial to the implementation of high processing speed and processing quality, thereby enabling all limiting factors in a process and a product, which are involved in the conventional plating process, to be effectively alleviated.
(FR) La présente invention concerne : un fil d’électrode pour l'usinage par décharge électrique, ayant une couche de revêtement formée sur un fil central ; et son procédé de fabrication. Le fil d’électrode pour l'usinage par décharge électrique comprend un fil central et une couche de revêtement fixée de manière à avoir un motif sur tout ou une partie de la surface du fil central, la couche de revêtement pouvant être formée en effectuant un procédé d’impression à l’aide d’un métal fondu ou en poudre. La présente invention concerne la réduction d’un problème de décollement ou de fissuration de la couche de revêtement et la fourniture d’un fil d’électrode qui est bénéfique à la mise en œuvre d’une vitesse de traitement et d’une qualité de traitement élevées, ce qui permet de réduire efficacement tous les facteurs limitants dans un processus et un produit, qui sont impliqués dans le processus classique de placage.
(KO) 본 발명은 심선에 피복층이 형성된 방전가공용 전극선 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 방전가공용 전극선은 심선; 상기 심선 표면의 전부 또는 일부에 패턴을 갖도록 고정된 피복층;을 포함하고, 이러한 피복층은 용융 또는 분말상의 금속을 이용하여 프린팅 공정으로 수행될 수 있다. 본 발명에 따르면, 피복층의 박리나 균열 문제가 개선되고 높은 가공속도 및 가공품질 구현에 유리한 전극선을 제공하는 것을 포함하여, 종래 도금 공정에 수반되는 공정 및 제품상의 제반 제한요소를 효과적으로 개선할 수 있다.
