Abstract:
(EN) An embodiment of the present invention relates to an airfoil thrust bearing (1) provided on various types of turbo devices or air blower devices. More particularly, the purpose of the present invention is to provide the configuration of an airfoil thrust bearing (1) comprising: a front cover (10) that provides a space in which a thrust bearing is seated, the front cover (10) having a coupling portion (110) formed such that the thrust bearing can be selectively attached to/detached from the same; a body ring (310) having a predetermined outer diameter, the body ring (310) being provided such that the same can be selectively attached to/detached from the front cover (10); a top support portion (320) formed in at least one position so as to protrude from the body ring (310) in the center axis direction; a top connecting portion (330) formed to taper by a predetermined angle with regard to the top support portion (320); a top (340) formed to extend from the top connecting portion (330) by a predetermined length while being parallel with and spaced apart from the body ring (310) by a predetermined distance; a bump (350) coupled to a side surface of the top in a predetermined position through spot welding; a thrust portion (30) having a coupling space repeatedly formed between an end portion of the top and a support portion (320) of the next top so as to provide a space corresponding to the area of the top; and a rear cover (20) coupled to the front cover (10) so as to shield the thrust bearing, wherein two or more thrust bearings are rotated by a predetermined angle with regard to the center axis and are then overlapped, thereby completing the same, and the thrust bearings are configured such that the same can be selectively attached to/detached from the front cover (10) through screw fastening.
(FR) La présente invention, selon un mode de réalisation, concerne un palier de butée de profil aérodynamique (1) disposé sur divers types de dispositifs turbo ou de dispositifs de soufflante à air. Plus particulièrement, l'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir la configuration d'un palier de butée de profil aérodynamique (1) comprenant: un couvercle avant (10) qui fournit un espace dans lequel est logé un palier de butée, le couvercle avant (10) ayant une partie de couplage (110) formée de telle sorte que le palier de butée peut être sélectivement attaché à/détaché de celui-ci; une bague de corps (310) ayant un diamètre extérieur prédéterminé, la bague de corps (310) étant disposée de telle sorte que celle-ci peut être sélectivement attachée à/détachée du couvercle avant (10); une partie de support supérieure (320) formée dans au moins une position de façon à faire saillie à partir de la bague de corps (310) dans la direction de l'axe central; une partie de liaison supérieure (330) formée pour s'effiler selon un angle prédéterminé par rapport à la partie de support supérieure (320); une partie supérieure (340) formée pour s'étendre à partir de la partie de liaison supérieure (330) sur une longueur prédéterminée tout en étant parallèle et espacée de la bague de corps (310) d'une distance prédéterminée; une bosse (350) couplée à une surface latérale de la partie supérieure dans une position prédéterminée par soudage par points; une partie de poussée (30) ayant un espace de couplage formé de façon répétée entre une partie d'extrémité de la partie supérieure et une partie de support (320) de la partie supérieure suivante de façon à fournir un espace correspondant à la zone de la partie supérieure; et un couvercle arrière (20) couplé au couvercle avant (10) de manière à protéger le palier de butée, au moins deux paliers de butée étant tournés d'un angle prédéterminé par rapport à l'axe central et étant ensuite superposés, ce qui permet de les assembler, et les paliers de butée sont configurés de telle sorte que ceux-ci peuvent être sélectivement attachés à/détachés du couvercle avant (10) par l'intermédiaire d'une fixation à vis.
(KO) 본 발명의 실시 예에서는, 각종 터보기기 또는 에어블로워 기기 등에 구비되는 에어포일 쓰러스트 베어링(1)에 있어서, 쓰러스트 베어링이 안착되는 공간을 제공하고, 상기 쓰러스트 베어링이 선택적으로 탈착이 가능하도록 형성된 결합부(110)가 구비된 프론트 커버(10)와; 상기 프론트 커버(10)로부터 선택적으로 탈착이 가능하도록 구비되며, 소정의 외경을 가진 본체링(310)과, 상기 본체링(310)으로부터 중심축 방향으로 돌출되어 1개소 이상에 형성되는 탑 지지부(320)와, 상기 탑 지지부(320)에 대해서 소정의 각도만큼 테이퍼지도록 형성되는 탑 연결부(330)와, 상기 탑 연결부(330)로부터 소정의 길이만큼 연장되어 형성되고, 상기 본체링(310)과는 소정의 이격거리를 유지한채 평행하도록 형성되는 탑(top)(340)과; 상기 탑의 일측면에 소정의 정해진 위치에 스폿 용접을 통해서 결합되는 범프(bump)(350)와, 탑의 단부와 다음 탑 지지부(320) 사이에는 탑의 면적만큼의 공간을 제공하는 결합 스페이스가 반복하여 형성되는 쓰러스트부(30)와; 상기 프론트 커버(10)와 결합하여 상기 쓰러스트 베어링을 차폐하는 리어 커버(20);를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 쓰러스트 베어링은 2개 이상을 중심축에 대해서 소정의 각도만큼 회전시킨 후 겹쳐서 완성되고, 상기 프론트 커버(10)와 나사체결을 통해서 선택적으로 탈부착가능한 구성을 가진 에어포일 쓰러스트 베어링(1)의 구성을 제공하고자 한다.
