Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a demineralized biomass, a multi-fuel producing system using the same and a preparation method therefor and, more specifically, to: a demineralized biomass, which is capable of fundamentally eliminating a problem such as clinker fouling, caused by inorganic materials, by extracting and separating an inorganic component comprising metal ions from herbaceous or lignocellulosic biomass through methods including acid treatment, alkali treatment, hot water treatment and membrane filtration of a cellulose- and hemicellulose-derived solid component and a liquid component comprising ash and lignin, and can be applied to a fuel production process such as coal upgrading, ash-free molded fuel, ash-free torrefacted fuel and bioethanol, and the like by selectively supplying the separated cellulose- and hemicellulose-derived solid component, the liquid component comprising lignin, and/or water to various fuel production systems; a multi-fuel producing system using the same; and a preparation method therefor.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une biomasse déminéralisée, un système de production de multiples combustibles l'utilisant et un procédé de préparation associé et, plus précisément : une biomasse déminéralisée, qui est susceptible d'éliminer totalement un problème tel que l'encrassement du mâchefer, provoqué par des matériaux inorganiques, par extraction et séparation d'un constituant inorganique comprenant des ions métalliques d'une biomasse herbacée ou lignocellulosique au moyen de procédés comprenant un traitement acide, un traitement alcalin, un traitement à l'eau chaude et une filtration sur membrane d'un constituant solide dérivé de la cellulose et de l'hémicellulose et d'un constituant liquide comprenant des cendres et de la lignine, et qui peut être appliqué à un procédé de production de combustible tel que la valorisation de charbon, un combustible moulé exempt de cendres, un combustible torréfié exempt de cendres et le bioéthanol, et analogues, par fourniture sélective du constituant solide dérivé de la cellulose et de l'hémicellulose séparé, du constituant liquide comprenant de la lignine, et/ou d'eau à divers systèmes de production de combustible; un système de production de multiples combustibles faisant appel à ladite biomasse; et un procédé de préparation associé.
(KO) 본 발명은 탈무기질 바이오매스, 이를 이용한 복합 연료 생산 시스템 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 초본계 또는 목질계 바이오매스로부터 셀룰로오스 및 헤미셀룰로오스에 기인하는 고상성분과 회분 및 리그닌을 포함하는 액상성분을 산처리, 알칼리, 열수처리, 막여과를 포함하는 방법을 이용하여 금속이온을 포함하는 무기물 성분 추출 분리함으로써 무기물에 기인하는 클링커 파울링 등의 문제점을 근원적으로 배제할 수 있는 분리된 셀룰로오스 및 헤미셀룰로오스에 기인하는 고상성분, 리그닌을 포함하는 액상성분 및/또는 용수를 선택적으로 다양한 연료 생산 시스템에 공급하여 석탄 고품위화, 애쉬프리 성형연료, 애쉬프리 반탄화연료, 바이오에탄올 등의 연료 생산 공정 등에 적용할 수 있는 탈무기질 바이오매스, 이를 이용한 복합 연료 생산 시스템 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
