Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a molded article provided with a resin portion formed by a thermoplastic resin composition capable of dispersing cellulose easily and uniformly in a highly hydrophobic resin and capable of improving the mechanical strength of a molding material formed using the resin composition obtained. The molded article is provided with a resin portion formed by a thermoplastic resin composition containing 5-70 mass parts of cellulose per 100 mass parts of thermoplastic resin and containing an organic peroxide, and the tensile strength of the resin molded article formed by the thermoplastic resin composition measured in accordance with JIS K7161 is 40 MPa or higher.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un article moulé comprenant une partie de résine formée par une composition de résine thermoplastique capable de disperser facilement et uniformément la cellulose dans une résine hautement hydrophobe et capable d'améliorer la résistance mécanique d'un matériau de moulage formé à l'aide de la composition de résine obtenue. L'article moulé est pourvu d'une partie de résine formée par une composition de résine thermoplastique contenant de 5 à 70 parties en masse de cellulose pour 100 parties en masse de résine thermoplastique et contenant un peroxyde organique, et la résistance à la traction de l'article moulé en résine formé par la composition de résine thermoplastique mesurée conformément à JIS K7161 est de 40 MPa ou plus.
(JA) 本発明は、疎水性の高い樹脂中にセルロースを簡便かつ均一に分散させることができ、しかも得られる樹脂組成物を用いて形成された成形材料の機械的強度を向上させることができる熱可塑性樹脂組成物で形成された樹脂部を備える成形品に関する。該成形体は、熱可塑性樹脂100質量部に対してセルロースを5~70質量部含有し、かつ有機過酸化物を含有する熱可塑性樹脂組成物で形成された樹脂部を備え、前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物で形成された樹脂成形体のJIS K7161に準拠して測定した引張強度が40MPa以上である。
