Abstract:
(EN) This rotor manufacturing method includes: a step for moving a nozzle more to the front side in a nozzle advancing direction relative to a position in an application area at which an operation of a pump sending out an adhesive was completed, and for applying the adhesive so that the adhesive extends to a portion that is more forward than the application area of an application surface; a step for disposing a permanent magnet to the rotor core; and a step for foaming and curing the adhesive.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de rotor comprenant : une étape consistant à déplacer une buse plus vers le côté avant dans une direction d'avance de buse par rapport à une position dans une zone d'application au niveau de laquelle a été achevée une opération d'une pompe envoyant un adhésif, et à appliquer l'adhésif de telle sorte que l'adhésif s'étend jusqu'à une portion qui est plus en avant que la zone d'application d'une surface d'application ; une étape consistant à disposer un aimant permanent sur le noyau de rotor ; et une étape consistant à faire mousser et à durcir l'adhésif.
(JA) このロータの製造方法は、ノズルを塗布領域においてポンプの接着剤を送り出す動作が終了した位置よりもノズル進行方向の前方側に移動させて、塗布面の塗布領域よりも前方の部分に接着剤を引き延ばすように、接着剤を塗布する工程と、ロータコアに永久磁石を配置する工程と、接着剤を発泡させるとともに、硬化させる工程とを備える。
