Abstract:
(EN) This protein fiber production method includes: a heating step in which protein starting material fibers 36 containing a protein are heated; and a relaxing and contracting step which is performed simultaneously with the heating step or after the heating step, and in which the protein starting material fibers 36 in a state heated in the heating step are relaxed and caused to contract.
(FR) Le procédé de production de fibre protéique d'après la présente invention comprend : une étape de chauffage au cours de laquelle des fibres en une matière première protéique (36) contenant une protéine sont chauffées ; et une étape de détente et de contraction qui se déroule en même temps que l'étape de chauffage ou après cette dernière et au cours de laquelle les fibres en une matière première protéique (36) dans un état chauffé au cours de l'étape de chauffage sont détendues et amenées à se contracter.
