Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a method for manufacturing a foam molded article capable of suppressing burrs while maintaining a good external appearance. [Solution] This method for manufacturing a foam molded article includes a step of injection foam molding a resin composition containing a thermoplastic resin, wherein the resin composition contains at least 20 percent by mass of an inorganic filler in the total resin composition, and in the injection foam molding step a gas having a pressure at least equal to 1 MPa and at most equal to 10 MPa is brought into contact with the resin composition in an amount such that the weight reduction ratio of the foam molded article obtained in the injection foam molding step relative to a standard weight calculated from the mold dimensions is at least equal to 3% and at most equal to 12%.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir une méthode de fabrication d'un article moulé en mousse capable de supprimer les bavures tout en conservant un bon aspect extérieur. La solution selon l'invention porte sur cette méthode de fabrication d'un article moulé en mousse qui comprend une étape de moulage de mousse par injection d'une composition de résine contenant une résine thermoplastique, la composition de résine contenant au moins 20 pour cent en masse d'une charge inorganique dans la composition de résine totale, et dans l'étape de moulage de mousse par injection, un gaz ayant une pression au moins égale à 1 MPa et au plus égal à 10 MPa est mis en contact avec la composition de résine en une quantité telle que le rapport de réduction de poids de l'article moulé en mousse obtenu dans l'étape de moulage de mousse par injection par rapport à un poids standard calculé à partir des dimensions du moule est au moins égal à 3 % et au plus égal à 12 %.
