Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a composite fiber being capable of suppressing swelling caused by water, and having an adsorbing ability not only to acidic substances, such as an anionic group-containing derivative, an oxyacid salt, an acidic protein containing plenty of amino acids having a plurality of carboxyl groups but also to basic substances, such as nitrogenous compound and a basic protein containing plenty of amino acids having a plurality of amino groups. A composite fiber according to an embodiment is formed by supporting, on the surface of a chitosan fiber, cellulose fibers having an I-type crystal structure and having an anionic functional group. A method for producing a composite fiber according to an embodiment is a method for producing said composite fiber and includes a step for obtaining a composite fiber by spinning an aqueous chitosan salt solution in a coagulation liquid that contains cellulose fiber and alkali.
(FR) L'invention concerne une fibre composite permettant de supprimer le gonflement provoqué par l'eau et ayant une capacité d'adsorption non seulement de substances acides, telles qu'un dérivé contenant un groupe anionique, un sel d'oxyacide, une protéine acide contenant de nombreux acides aminés ayant une pluralité de groupes carboxyle, mais également de substances basiques, telles qu'un composé azoté et une protéine basique contenant de nombreux acides aminés ayant une pluralité de groupes amino. Une fibre composite selon un mode de réalisation est formée par le support, sur la surface d'une fibre de chitosane, de fibres de cellulose ayant une structure cristalline de type I et ayant un groupe fonctionnel anionique. Un procédé pour la production d'une fibre composite selon un mode de réalisation est un procédé pour la production de ladite fibre composite et comprend une étape consistant à obtenir une fibre composite par filage d'une solution aqueuse de sel de chitosane dans un liquide de coagulation qui contient des fibres de cellulose et une substance alcaline.
(JA) 水による膨潤を抑えることができ、アニオン性基を有する誘導体や、酸素酸塩や、複数のカルボキシル基を持ったアミノ酸を多く含む酸性タンパク質等の酸性物質だけでなく、含窒素化合物や、複数のアミノ基を持ったアミノ酸を多く含む塩基性タンパク質等の塩基性物質に対する吸着能を持つ複合繊維を提供する。 実施形態に係る複合繊維は、キトサン繊維の表面に、I型結晶構造を有しかつアニオン性官能基を有するセルロース繊維を担持してなるものである。実施形態に係る複合繊維の製造方法は、該複合繊維を製造する方法であって、キトサン塩水溶液を、セルロース繊維とアルカリを含む凝固液中で紡糸し複合繊維を得る工程を含むものである。
