Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a fingerprint detector and a display device with which it is possible to suppress the reflection of light. The fingerprint detector is provided with a substrate, a plurality of drive electrodes provided on one surface side of the substrate and arranged in a row in a first direction, a plurality of detection electrodes provided on the one surface side and arranged in a row in a second direction that intersects the first direction, and an insulating layer provided in the normal direction of the substrate between each of the plurality of drive electrodes and the plurality of detection electrodes. The detection electrodes intersect the drive electrodes in the normal direction of the substrate, the detection electrodes have a first metal layer and a second metal layer located closer to the one surface side than is the first metal layer, and the visible light reflectance of the first metal layer is lower than that of the second metal layer.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un détecteur d'empreintes digitales et un dispositif d'affichage permettant de supprimer la réflexion de lumière. Le détecteur d'empreintes digitales est pourvu d'un substrat, d'une pluralité d'électrodes d'attaque disposées sur un côté de surface du substrat et agencées en une rangée dans une première direction, d'une pluralité d'électrodes de détection disposées sur le côté de surface et agencées en une rangée dans une seconde direction qui croise la première direction, et d'une couche isolante disposée dans la direction normale du substrat entre chacune de la pluralité d'électrodes d'attaque et la pluralité d'électrodes de détection. Les électrodes de détection croisent les électrodes d'attaque dans la direction normale du substrat, les électrodes de détection ont une première couche métallique et une seconde couche métallique située plus près du côté de surface que la première couche métallique, et la réflectance de lumière visible de la première couche métallique est inférieure à celle de la seconde couche métallique.
(JA) 光の反射を抑制することが可能な指紋検出装置及び表示装置を提供する。指紋検出装置は、基板と、基板の一方の面側に設けられ、第1方向に並んで配置された複数の駆動電極と、一方の面側に設けられ、第1方向と交差する第2方向に並んで配置された複数の検出電極と、複数の駆動電極のそれぞれと複数の検出電極との間において、基板の法線方向に設けられた絶縁層と、を備える。基板の法線方向で、検出電極は、駆動電極と交差しており、検出電極は、第1金属層と、第1金属層よりも一方の面側に位置する第2金属層と、を有し、第1金属層は、第2金属層よりも可視光の反射率が低い。
