Abstract:
(EN) A multilayer coating film forming method including the following steps (1)-(4): (1) a step that applies a base coating material (X) to an object to be coated and forms a base coating film, (2) a step that applies a specific brilliant pigment dispersion (Y) to the base coating film formed in step (1) and forms of brilliant coating film of a specific dry film thickness, (3) a step that applies a clear coating material (Z) to the brilliant coating film formed in step (2) and forms a clear coating film, and (4) a step that cures these three coating films simultaneously by heating the uncured base coating film, uncured brilliant coating film, and uncured clear coating film formed in steps (1)-(3).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de formation de film de revêtement multicouche comprenant les étapes (1) à (4) suivantes : (1) une étape consistant à appliquer un matériau de revêtement de base (X) sur un objet à revêtir afin de former un film de revêtement de base, (2) une étape consistant à appliquer une dispersion de pigment brillant spécifique (Y) sur le film de revêtement de base formé à l'étape (1) afin de former un film de revêtement brillant d'une épaisseur de film sec spécifique, (3) une étape consistant à appliquer un matériau de revêtement transparent (Z) sur le film de revêtement brillant formé à l'étape (2) afin de former un film de revêtement transparent, et (4) une étape consistant à durcir ces trois films de revêtement simultanément par chauffage du film de revêtement de base non durci, du film de revêtement brillant non durci et du film de revêtement transparent non durci formés aux étapes (1) à (3).
