Abstract:
(EN) A catalyst for synthesizing a conjugated diene from a starting material that contains an alcohol, wherein the catalyst contains at least Ce and Zn as metal elements constituting the catalyst. A device for manufacturing a conjugated diene, the device comprising a reaction tube (1) provided with the aforementioned catalyst, a feeding means for feeding a starting material gas that contains the aforementioned starting material into the reaction tube (1), and a discharging means for discharging a product from the reaction tube (1). A method for manufacturing butadiene, the method being such that a starting material gas that contains a starting material is brought into contact with the aforementioned catalyst, and butadiene is obtained. The starting material content in relation to 100% by volume (in terms of gas) of the starting material gas is preferably 10-50% by volume (in terms of gas).
(FR) Un catalyseur pour synthétiser un diène conjugué à partir d'un matériau de départ qui contient un alcool, le catalyseur contenant au moins du Ce et du Zn comme éléments métalliques constituant le catalyseur. Un dispositif de fabrication d'un diène conjugué, le dispositif comprenant un tube de réaction (1) pourvu du catalyseur susmentionné, un moyen d'alimentation afin d'introduire un gaz de matière de départ qui contient le matériau de départ mentionné ci-dessus dans le tube de réaction (1), et un moyen d'évacuation afin évacuer un produit du tube de réaction (1). L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication de butadiène, le procédé étant conçu pour qu'un gaz de départ qui contient un matériau de départ soit mis en contact avec le catalyseur susmentionné, et que du butadiène soit obtenu. La teneur de la matière de départ par rapport à 100 % en volume (en termes de gaz) de la matière première gazeuse est de préférence de 10 à 50 % en volume (en termes de gaz).
(JA) アルコールを含む原料から共役ジエンを合成する触媒において、触媒を構成する金属元素として少なくともCe及びZnを含む触媒。前記触媒を備える反応管(1)と、前記原料を含む原料ガスを前記反応管(1)内に供給する供給手段と、前記反応管(1)から生成物を排出する排出手段とを備える、共役ジエンの製造装置。前記触媒に、原料を含む原料ガスを接触させてブタジエンを得る、ブタジエンの製造方法。前記原料ガス100体積%(気体換算)に対する前記原料の含有量は、10~50体積%(気体換算)が好ましい。
