Abstract:
(EN) A laminate body in which a decorative film including at least two layers, namely a layer (A) and a layer (B), is disposed on at least one surface of a member made of a fiber-reinforced resin with the layer (B) interposed therebetween. A molded body with good appearance and with dramatically reduced irregularities which can occur on the surface of a fiber-reinforced resin is obtained by bonding a multilayer film comprising a substrate layer and an adhesive layer to a three-dimensional surface irregularity shape which is derived from fibers of the fiber-reinforced resin by laminating a multilayer film on a fiber-reinforced resin, the multilayer film being characterized in that: in the layer (A), S [Pa·m3] represented by S = EA × TA 3 is 80 × 10-4 to 600 × 10-4, inclusive, when the elastic modulus at the highest temperature among softening temperatures of the layer (A) is represented as EA, and the thickness of the layer (A) is represented as TA; the layer (B) is formed from a resin composition that includes a block copolymer (C) and has a loss tangent (tanδ) of 1.0 or higher at a temperature within the range from 80ºC to 150ºC; and the layer (A) and the layer (B) do not peel off from each other.
(FR) L'invention concerne un corps stratifié dans lequel un film décoratif comprenant au moins deux couches, à savoir une couche (A) et une couche (B), est disposé sur au moins une surface d'un élément constitué d'une résine renforcée par des fibres, la couche (B) étant interposée entre celles-ci. Un corps moulé ayant un bel aspect et ayant des irrégularités, qui peuvent se produire sur la surface d'une résine renforcée par des fibres, considérablement réduites, est obtenu par liaison d'un film multicouche comprenant une couche de substrat et une couche adhésive à une forme à irrégularité de surface tridimensionnelle qui est dérivée de fibres de la résine renforcée par des fibres par stratification d'un film multicouche sur une résine renforcée par des fibres, le film multicouche étant caractérisé en ce que : dans la couche (A), S [Pa·m3] représenté par S = EA × TA 3 est 80 × 10-4 à 600 × 10-4 inclus, lorsque le module élastique à la température la plus élevée parmi les températures de ramollissement de la couche (A) est représentée par EA et l'épaisseur de la couche (A) est représentée par TA ; la couche (B) est formée à partir d'une composition de résine qui comprend un copolymère séquencé (C) et a une tangente de perte (tanδ) de 1,0 ou plus à une température dans la plage de 80 °C à 150 °C ; et la couche (A) et la couche (B) ne se décollent pas l'une de l'autre.
(JA) 少なくとも下記の層(A)および層(B)の2層を含む加飾フィルムが、繊維強化樹脂からなる部材の少なくとも片面に、層(B)を介して配設されている積層体であって、層(A)の軟化温度のうち最も高い温度における弾性率をE、層(A)の厚さをTとしたとき、 S=E×T で表されるS[Pa・m]が、80×10-4以上600×10-4以下となる層であり、層(B)は、ブロック共重合体(C)を含み、80℃から150℃の範囲内のいずれかの温度で損失正接(tanδ)が1.0以上となる樹脂組成物よりなる層であり、層(A)と層(B)との剥離が無いことを特徴とする多層フィルムを繊維強化樹脂と積層することにより、繊維強化樹脂の繊維に由来する3次元的な表面凹凸形状に対して、基材層と粘接着層からなる多層フィルムを接着させることによって繊維強化樹脂の表面に発生しうる凹凸を極端に低減でき外観品位が良好な成形体を得ることができる。
