Abstract:
(EN) A non-coated airbag fabric formed from synthetic fiber is characterized in that the cover factor is 2300 or greater, the height difference in roughness of the fabric surface is less than 130 µm, and the P ratio represented by the following equation is 0.85 – 1.15. P ratio = HP100/HP80 HP80: air permeability after imparting load to fabric under 80°C conditions HP100: air permeability after imparting load to fabric under 100°C conditions
(FR) L'invention concerne un tissu de coussin gonflable de sécurité non revêtu fait de fibre synthétique, qui est caractérisé en ce que le facteur de couverture est supérieur ou égal à 2300, la différence de hauteur du point de vue de la rugosité de surface du tissu est inférieure à 130 µm, et le rapport P représenté par l'équation suivante est compris entre 0,85 et 1,15. Rapport P = HP100/HP80 HP80 : perméabilité à l'air après l'application d'une charge sur le tissu dans des conditions de température de 80 °C. HP100 : perméabilité à l'air après l'application d'une charge sur le tissu dans des conditions de température de 100 °C.
