Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: an image stabilization device with which it is possible to reduce power consumption when performing image stabilization by moving an imaging element; and an imaging device including the same. An image stabilization device 3 includes: a circuit substrate 21 that is fixed to a mobile member 2; an imaging element 20 that is mounted on the circuit substrate 21; and Hall effect sensors H1 to H3 that are used to detect the position of the mobile member 2, and are fixed to the back surface of the circuit substrate 21 on the reverse side from the surface on which the imaging element 20 is mounted. A plurality of circuit elements including magnetic bodies are formed on the back surface of the circuit substrate 21. As viewed from the Z-direction perpendicular to a light receiving surface 20a of the imaging element 20, in second areas AR1 to AR3 around first areas ar1 to ar3 that overlap with magnets Mh1 to Mh3 on the back surface of the circuit substrate 21, high-density areas 21b in which the circuit elements are arranged at a higher density than the circuit elements in areas other than the second areas AR1 to AR3 on the back surface of the circuit substrate 21 are respectively formed.
(FR) L'invention concerne : un dispositif de stabilisation d'image grâce auquel il est possible de réduire la consommation d'énergie lors de la réalisation d'une stabilisation d'image par déplacement d'un élément d'imagerie ; et un dispositif d'imagerie le comprenant. Un dispositif de stabilisation d'image 3 comprend : un substrat de circuit 21 qui est fixé à un élément mobile 2 ; un élément d'imagerie 20 qui est monté sur le substrat de circuit 21 ; et des capteurs à effet Hall H1 à H3 qui sont utilisés pour détecter la position de l'élément mobile 2, et sont fixés sur la surface arrière du substrat de circuit 21 sur le côté inverse par rapport à la surface sur laquelle l'élément d'imagerie 20 est monté. Une pluralité d'éléments de circuit comprenant des corps magnétiques sont formés sur la surface arrière du substrat de circuit 21. Tel qu'observé depuis la direction Z perpendiculaire à une surface de réception de lumière 20a de l'élément d'imagerie 20, dans des secondes zones AR1 à AR3 autour de premières zones ar1 à ar3 qui se chevauchent avec des aimants Mh1 à Mh3 sur la surface arrière du substrat de circuit 21, des zones à haute densité 21b, dans lesquelles les éléments de circuit sont agencés avec une densité supérieure à celle des éléments de circuit dans les zones autres que les secondes zones AR1 à AR3 sur la surface arrière du substrat de circuit, sont respectivement formées.
(JA) 撮像素子を移動させて像ぶれを補正する場合の消費電力を低減することのできる像ぶれ補正装置とこれを備える撮像装置を提供する。像ぶれ補正装置3は、可動部材2に固定された回路基板21と、回路基板21に実装された撮像素子20と、回路基板21の撮像素子20が実装された面と反対側の背面に固定された可動部材2の位置検出用のホール素子H1~H3と、を備える。回路基板21の背面には、磁性体を含む回路素子が複数形成されており、撮像素子20の受光面20aに垂直な方向Zから見た状態において、回路基板21の背面における磁石Mh1~Mh3と重なる第一の領域ar1~ar3の周囲の第二の領域AR1~AR3には、回路基板21の背面の第二の領域AR1~AR3を除く領域における回路素子の密度よりも高い密度にて回路素子が配置された高密度領域21bが形成されている。
